Was just about to buy another bar, but they're out of stock - painful! Thought I'd give a quick review since I'm here and have experience on them... I've been riding them for about six months now, and I love 'em. I have many bikes, and different aero bars. I love everything about the shape. It was a little tough getting di2 cables through, so I didn't bother with the brake cables, but the way I wrap my bars, it's not noticeable anyway. I was able to embed and wrap bar tape over my d-fly unit under one of the bars so that was extra cool. They're super light, stiff, have excellent compact drop, and the way my forearms fit in the corners is perfect. Can't wait to get a second set. Monoprice, please hurry up and get some more stock! : )

I am building a bike and I wanted a pair a stiff carbon fiber aero style handlebars that offered internal cable routing without graphics as I do not intend to wrap the top bar. I took a chance and decided to purchase a no name set from MonoPrice. Upon receiving the handlebars, I took them to the bike shop and compared them to a set of similarly styled Easton priced at $299. The look and feel where identical down to the molding position of the cable opening-I am impressed so far.

The only knock is the size of the opening for the internal cable routing. I am building a Di2 bike and the opening is not large enough to insert the junction box-a cable connector. Because of this, I had to route an extension cable and wrap the excess cabling on the drop bar which is not a deal breaker. In all fairness, this is a common issue and I would have faced the same challenge if I had purchased the Easton.

The bike is not yet complete so I cannot comment on the ride quality-If allowed, I will revise my review and include photos once I get the bike completed-Hopefully by Thanksgiving-2016

Lastly, I’m can hear it already-Why build a Di2 bike and go with inexpensive parts-plain and simple-I am over budget and running out of money. I focused my budget and went overboard with the frame, wheels and components and had to make compromises on other parts. Pinarello Dogma-F8 disc, with Enve wheelset and a combination of DA and Ultegra Di2 with hydraulic brakes.

I’ve always trusted MonoPrice and thought I’d take a chance. I would be curious to hear other opinions and answer any questions I did not address in my review…
