This is an attractive looking cable with a basic yet classy look to it. It appeared to work with all of my new 4K hardware EXCEPT for one. There seems to be an issue with my Nvidia Shield. I have no idea why. The ends are marked for source and tv so make sure you plug the right ends into the right inputs/outputs. Shield users may want to investigate further.
The thing about Active HDMI cables is that they are directional. You would want to make sure that the side labeled Source is plugged into the source device and the side labeled Display or TV is connected to the TV. It will not work if plugged in backwards. Should it be connected in the proper orientation and the issue still occurs, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and our technical support team can assist in seeing what options are available to you.

Compatibility seems to be a problem
I'm not sure what is inside these cables (perhaps unicorn tears), however my Vizio M70-D3 can't sync a signal when using these cables. Where as regular HDMI cables can sync. Originally had a problem with these cables and my Onkyo receiver as well, however a software update on the Onkyo seems to have fixed the issue. Unless you know for a fact that you need these cables, I would pass...
I'm sorry to hear that, please feel free to contact us at email@example.com with a detailed summary of the issue you are experiencing and our knowledgeable Technical Support staff would be more than happy to assist. Thank you
