I recently received a pair of these cables and the sticker on the front reads P/N 13586, but the specs read "4K@60Hz, 10.2 Gbps, 36 AWG, YUV 4:2:0." This doesn't match the specs on the website... did I get the incorrect cable or is it more likely that the sticker is incorrect?

You had likely received cables that were mislabeled.
I would attempt to use these cables with a 4k HDR device that you have to see if they pass the signal.

HDMI Ultra Slim
These are great cables! We purchased them to work with our BlackMagic switcher, Hyperdeck and PC's on a live presentation rig, and they perform as advertised. Well shielded for local orientation, and don't take up so much real estate as fully clad HDMI! So pleased we ordered 8 more for another application!

Good resolution nice and slim design
Got to say I really like these. Just watched Game of Thrones and the resolution seemed great. The slim design is also a wife pleaser since she hates wires.
