I'm planning to mount this to a Murphy Bed that folds down. Any issues holding a 20lb TV face-down underneath a bed when the bed is folded down?

I wouldnot recommend it. please check with tv company. also there is cable and wiring issues. if thee is sufficient clearance between floor and face of tv, it might work.

BEST ANSWER: You start by lifting the TV from the wall mount panel. This usually requires unscrewing two hex bolts on the top of the bracket attached to the back of the TV. A long Allen wrench is provided to tighten or loosen these bolts. You don't need to remove them completely. Be sure you have someone working with you, so you don't drop the display. The rest of the removal should be self-explanatory.
NOTE! On some sets, the VESA mounting holes are too close. This causes the bracket bars on the set to bump into the decorative covers on the wall bracket, necessitating their removal. You can (and should) check this before screwing the wall bracket to the wall. Don't rush installation. With a bit of patience and experimentation, it's possible to get the set at exactly the vertical and lateral position you want. I've done it, and am proud to say so. Be sure to use the right mounting screws. There are different ones for wood and concrete mounting.

Simple and Effective
Simple and effective wall mount. It does what it's supposed to do with relative ease. Mine was used to hang a working, but technologically outdated tv (firstgen HDMI), in the basement workout room. Connected with a powered RG60 splitter to view over-the-air HD channels from rooftop HD antenna. Not used for anything particularly fantastic or awe-inducing, but perfect for my purpose. Mounted on a cinder-block wall.

Gets job done but extra features aren't great
The mount was easy enough to install and the purchase process through monoprice was fine. This mount seems to have a hard time performing swivel/tilt that I fear I will break my TV. I also dont like how far off the wall it sits and feel there could have been room in the design to make it collapse more.

Sits pretty far off the wall, personally I would choose to go with a slimmer mount if I could.
