This product was perfect for mounting on my wall at home a 21 inch tv, it has a cord guide which is really nice and the mount allows you to move your tv in any different way. When installing make sure to really tighten the hex bolts on the ball/joint swivel because if you dont, when you hook your tv up the tv just faces down.
Its easy to install its holding up my 23" monitor. the only problem I had was at the end of the arm it has a ball type connector to make you monitor tilt. At first I thought that my monitor was too heavy because it keep tilting downwards. I couldn't figure out how to hold it up and stop it from falling. The instruction don't tell you but can just use the allen wrench that comes with it and tighten the ball type connector and it will stop it from tilting. But if you want to readjust your tilt then you would need to unscrew that connector and re do it.
I found this bracket to be better overall than some the were nearly double the price. The range of motion and overall flexibility of the bracket is excellent. My only issues are: 1. The hardware that was included was not strong enough to hold the bracket up unless you can hit a stud. This was easily fixed with a $1 molly bolt from a hardware store. 2. If you try to adjust the height or angle of the bracket, the lock that holds the arm to the wall plate can come loose and cause the arm to drop suddenly and unexpectedly. Overall I think this is a great product and I defiantly recommend it.
PROS: Easy install, very flexible, excellent range of motion, sturdy.
CONS: Included hardware is inadequate, adjustment can be tricky.
I mounted a 23" screen on it. I have to say that the vertical bracket is not holding strong and sometimes when you move the screen around drops down unexpectedly. So I had to make it safe by putting same extra wires inside and also i had to tighten the screws so the screen doesn't "salute" me so often... So far is OK and still in everyday use (turning on all sides)
