Does this splitter provide enough power on the HDMI ports to use active HDMI cables, (RedMere or SlimRun AV hybrid fiber-optic type) on all ports at the same time?

BEST ANSWER: Thank you for your question.
As long as your active cables are on the output side of this splitter and are going straight to a display they would work.

What inputs are for 4k only and if I want 2 downscaled two to 1080p, what inputs would those go on?

BEST ANSWER: You use the dip switches on the front of the unit to toggle whether an output is 4k or down scaled to 1080p. It doesn't convert HDR to SDR, so if the 4k signal is HDR the 1080p signal is pretty washed out.

As Advertised
I use this for the 1080 output for audio with my pre-4k receiver.
That way I can watch 4k on my new monitor and hear it on my home theater.
The 1080 looks a bit washed out, but doesn't matter in my application.
