Will the 1qt pot fit inside the 1.5qt pot?
    A shopper on Jun 23, 2017
BEST ANSWER: In terms of with, yes, but the 1-liter pot is going to be taller.
Will this work on a gas camp stove or is this made specifically for a single burner type stove?
    Michael K on May 16, 2017
BEST ANSWER: I suppose you could use it on a regular camp stove such as a Coleman but it has a hollow space in the bottom made to specifically fit the Pure Outdoor cooking system.
What's the diameter of the inner circle of the heat exchanger? Will the stove (108mm diameter) snug it?

    Solid Purchase!
I tossed 2 cups of water and got it boiling with the liquid burner within 3 minutes in windy conditions.

It doesn't have it listed but mine came with a small spoon scoop. Similar to a rice scooper. Weight is wonderful and the liquid burner sold her fits inside making it a great companion.

    great pan
I got both this larger pot and the complete 1 liter set for a recent trip. These worked so well for preparing meals while camping in National Parks and worked even in fairly strong wind at that.

Great pot when cooking for 3+
I use this pot when the whole family (2 kids, 2 adults) is along. It is big enough to boil water for the entire meal at one time. The heat exchanger base works well with a butane stove, or a home-made alcohol stove, and the boil times are pretty quick.
The lid sits nicely on top and the lid lift will stick up (so you can easily grab it while cooking) when you put it up.
Lastly, the handle is firm and it locks into place so you can poor water/drain without having to worry about it collapsing on you.
Just be aware that it is heavier than a minimalist titanium pot of the same capacity would be.

    Great for camping
This is a great pot for group cooking on backpacking/camping trips. The heat exchanger is nice when you have a small camping stove.

When I purchased I assumed that it was designed to snap into the jetboil style stove also sold on monoprice, but this was not the case. It still worked, but the size of the pot makes it a little precarious sitting on the wire stand above the smaller burner. Used with an old school coleman car camping stove and our coffee was finished in half the time as with the regular aluminum pot

I used this pot on my last camping trip. I used it to boil 1 liter of water. I was able to get boiling water rather quickly. The locking handle is also a plus.

    So far, so good
Super lightweight and sturdy; only a few uses so far, but it does the trick.

    Great adjust to a Reactor.
Performs well and is reasonably well made for the ridiculously low price. The hole in the bottom is sized just right to fit on an MSR reactor, although there is no feature to â??lockâ?? it to the stove. Contemplating adding three small pins to add that feature. On my reactor I got a liter of water to a full rolling boil in less than 3 minutes. Iâ??m sold.
