    270° 12-Watt (75W Equivalent) A 19 LED Bulb, 1050 Lumens, Warm/ Soft (2900K) - Non-Dimmable

Get a longer lasting, safe, and affordable alternative to incandescent or CFL light bulbs using this 12-watt A19 LED Bulb from Monoprice!

This LED bulb uses only 12 watts of power, but produces 1050 lumens of light energy at 2900K, equivalent to a standard 75-watt incandescent bulb. It uses the E26 "medium" Edison screw base, which is the standard home screw-in bulb type we're all used to. This indoor bulb is 2.4" in diameter and 5.4" tall and has an 85 ~ 265 VAC operating range.

The bulb features a shatter resistant polycarbonate lens, which is designed to withstand ordinary drops and falls, and a 100% aluminum heat sink. It uses the superior Epistar diodes, is rated for approximately 25,000 hours of use before failure, and carries a three year replacement warranty.

The bulb generates light in the 2900K range (Color Rendering Index greater than 80) with an impressive beam angle of 270°, which generates the kind of soft and warm feeling that is perfect for most home lighting needs. This bulb is not designed to be dimmable. While it may be physically dimmed in some light fixtures, doing so can damage the bulb's internal circuitry and severely reduce its expected life span.

Monoprice warrants these bulbs for a full THREE (3) YEARS and will provide a new replacement for any bulbs that fail due to defects in materials or workmanship during the warranty period.

    died after 3 days
First light bulb of this kind did not survived shipping. Monoprice was nice enough to send me replacement. I put it in an open-top lamp... and it died withing 3 days :( I do not know whether I got a lemon or this kind of light bulbs has just an inherent problem. There is some sort of warranty I believe, but I did not figure out how to use it yet. Monoprice what should I do???

    PROS: It looks nice

CONS: Was heating up and died after 3 days of normal use.

great color, reasonably cool housing, no issues so far

    PROS: everything

CONS: a bit big compared to incandescent

    Enjoy them while they last.
    4/5

PROS: Cheap bulb, works really well.

CONS: There is a slight delay as other have mentioned and at 3 months I have RMA'd 3 of the 5 I bought. Monoprice RMA process is easy and quick, but LED's are supposed to something I pass on to my grandchildren.

This bulb produces bright light. The bulb is quite long, so it pokes out past some lamp shades. There is about 1/4 second of latency before the bulb turns on. I only have one real complaint: the light is just a tad greenish, and I like the color much less than other white light LEDs I've used. As a result we decided not to put the blub in the living room.

    CONS:

    10/12 dead after 1 year
I bought 6 warm and 6 cool and tried them out around the house. I usually use CREE (highly recommended) but with monoprice usually being amazing I thought I could safely rely in their quality. 10/12 are dead now with most dying within the 2 months. This is by far the worse monoprice product ever, I award you no points, may god have mercy on your soul.

    PROS: color seemed accurate

    CONS: extremely short lifespan

Monoprice Branded LED Bulbs Are Junk
These bulbs are junk. Expect to replace them every 4 to 8 months. You will only get a few hundred hours out of them. I started out with 6 bulbs on the original order. With replacements, I have probably gone through 15 bulbs total in 15 months. Two more bulbs failed today. Monoprice replaced the faulty bulbs with little trouble at first. Now, they really make it difficult. Do yourself a favor, and buy well known brands from local retailers.

PROS: Good customer support, at first.

CONS: Fails after a few hundred hours. Inconsistent color temperatures. After repeated failures, customer support was reluctant to replace bulbs.

    Bad run?
Nice color, decent amount of light but a high failure rate makes this bulb something to avoid

PROS: Decent amount of light, very minor delay of turning on

CONS: I've had over an 80 percent failure rate over 2 months of the bulbs I've bought

    Gave out after six months
This was a bright bulb. Unfortunately the bulb stopped working after six months.

    Nice size lamp
Good buy I wish there was also a 1350-1500lm lamp.

PROS: Was looking for a lamp with more than 2700K & more than 1000lm. This lamp meets both criteria. The 2900K rating looks whiter than the normal 2700K but not as white as the 4000K white lamps

    CONS: None

Works great. The warm/soft is just like an old fashioned incandescent. I also bought the cold/white: be careful as it is really white...make sure the cold white is for the right indication (mine's in my storeroom).
