Do you make a Z wave motion detector for outdoors?

Does this work with Smart Things?

BEST ANSWER: If its anything like the one I got my hands on (looks the same), its not wireless - though if its the same as the one I have, there's a number of connectors on the inside which include power and the ability to hook it up to say one of the z-wave contact sensors that have screw terminals inside for attaching an extra contact sensor. So, out of the box... no, but if you don't mind sacrificing a z-wave contact sensor, you could wire the two together (I think they're both 3 volts(?) - I seem to recall getting the idea that I could power the bosch via whatever power source, battery or wall wart etc., and also power the z-wave device, but its been a while since I checked)

Does this use a battery? Power cord? Listing doesn't say anything about how this is powered.

BEST ANSWER: Thank you for your question. Looking into the installation guide on Bosch's site, this unit would not use a battery it would be powered by wiring it to electrical lines in your home. We would recommend reaching out to the manufacturer "Bosch" for additional assistance. I hope this helps.
