    Hung P on Dec 4, 2016

    There are Windows 7 drivers?
I was able to use the headset in a Windows 10 computer, however I need to use in Windows 7 and cannon find the drivers.
    Douglas C on Jul 19, 2017
BEST ANSWER: This headset connects to PC via bluetooth and no drivers are required. The PC (laptop) already has bluetooth built in. Desktop PC's normally use a bluetooth transceiver stick which also do not require a driver. Just plug it in and pair it with the headset.
How do I turn off the flashing blue light? When the headphones are on, they flash with a blue light every couple of seconds. How can I make that stop?
    Joseph G on Mar 12, 2017
BEST ANSWER: You can't. A small piece of black electrical tape over the LED should block the light enough to not disturb you in the dark.

    Ed C on Feb 2, 2017

Is anyone else having difficulty pairing this on computers? It works perfectly for me on my phone but the sound gets choppy/stutters on my computer after using for 10 minutes. When I re-pair it, it will work for 10 minutes before stuttering again.
    A shopper on Aug 24, 2017
BEST ANSWER: This is often a problem with the Bluetooth or USB drivers on your computer, not of the headphones themselves. It probably would happen with any Bluetooth audio device you used. Try updating those drivers on your computer.
Anyone actually used these for exercising (running, cycling, etc)? Any issues?
    Michael B on Mar 9, 2017
BEST ANSWER: Yes. I have not used them for running, but have for a variety of other machine based exercising, such as stair climber, elliptical, spin bike, etc. They are amazing. For $20, you cannot match the noise cancelling and great sound. They get pretty loud, which I happen to like. They tuck into your ears pretty snug. My wife just recently borrowed them to use on her spin bike and now I have to buy another pair! For $20, I won't hesitate for a second.
    Where's the instruction manual?
    Rick B on Mar 29, 2017
BEST ANSWER: They are simple to use. First, press the button and hold until the blue/red light flashes which means it is in the pairing mode. Secondly, turn on your Bluetooth device until the two devices sync. To turn it off press the button until you hear two beeps and it will automatically turn off. To turn it on press the button until the blue light appears and then it will automatically pair with any already set up devices. It can take up to 30 seconds to sync once you turn it on.
    how do you recharge them?
    T P on Mar 28, 2017
BEST ANSWER: The above answers are correct. The charging cord should insert nearly fully into the charging port. The red LED lights while charging and blue when fully charged.
    how do you charge them?
    A shopper on Mar 27, 2017
BEST ANSWER: Thank you for your question. The earphones will come with a micro USB cable which is plugged into the micro USB charging port on the right earphone.
Can they be used without the cable or lanyard connecting them together?
    Gary M on Apr 12, 2018
BEST ANSWER: No. The battery, power, and Bluetooth are on one side and the wire is needed to transfer signal to the other earpiece. Having said that these are great sounding and comfortable earphones. The wire is a good length and I vary between having it behind my neck & in front.
    Are they sweat resistant?
    A shopper on Jul 6, 2018
BEST ANSWER: The short answer is, yes. I've worn mine for months of workouts (3 or 4 per week) and two summers of Georgia yard work (where you might as well be getting sunburned in a sauna). I've had zero issues with them.
The headphones are making an intermittent beeping sound when I use them. What does that mean?
    A shopper on Mar 9, 2018
BEST ANSWER: There are two incidents that cause a beeping noise. 1 when the battery is low and needs charging. 2 when i am listening to odcasts and the podcast has ended and the next is about to begin. I use iPhone and iTunes podcast app.
Do theses work on android I have galaxy s8÷?
    Conni A on Jun 14, 2017
BEST ANSWER: There is no reason why they shouldn't. I have a galaxy s6 and they work great. They also work on my wife's iPhone 6s and my sons pixel xl. So unless Samsung changed the way it handles Bluetooth they should work just fine.
what's the name of the earphones in bluetooth list on my device? I don't see anything that resembles it. seems like it stopped pairing
    Xavier T on Sep 17, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Mine shows up in the scan list on my Galaxy S8 as "MP15274' when bluetooth is enabled. I can select that entry when the headset is powered on. That said, you need to pair the headset with your phone first of course.
What are the clear plastic accessories included with earphones?
    A shopper on Apr 6, 2018

    Can you pair two phones?
    A shopper on Nov 8, 2017
BEST ANSWER: I have 2 phones and my laptop paired with this.
Why doesn't it come with a manual?
    SM A on Jul 4, 2017
BEST ANSWER: Both my sets DID, kinda tucked into the side of the box. That is where I found the LIE about frequency response. See FULL SPECS section on website, and see the specs in the manual. (if you can find it)
    Are they sweatproof?

How long can one battery recharge last in paired and not playing sound condition? can it last full day?
    A shopper on Jul 23, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Yes. Don't use these, but my daughter does, and does not charge every day.

Aslo: they seem to go in sleep mode automatically when not in use, but you can power them off easily, and power them on later without having to re-pair them again. I expect they would hold a charge for a fairly long period powered off (Several days? A week?).
    What's the Bluetooth pairing code?
    A shopper on Oct 25, 2017
BEST ANSWER: I think it was four zeros

    Excellent bluetooth headphones
Great value, good product quality and sound quality, excellent battery life. I'm pretty picky when it comes to audio quality. I've purchased several bluetooth devices in the similar and even slightly higher price range. These are the best bluetooth headphones that I've tested so far. You can't beat the sound quality, battery life and overall functionality for a device at this price.

PROS: Audio quality and range: highs, lows and a large volume range to boot
Microphone: I've been told it works very well by callers on the other end
No dongle: evenly weight balanced, so it can be used while working out (with included earhooks for stabilization)
Battery life: lasts 4+ hours running continuously and charges to full within 90 minutes
Ease of use: once paired it connects quickly every time, no tinkering required

CONS: Basic silicone tips: recommend upgrading to complyfoam.com tips for isolation or sport (the 400 size fits perfectly)
No instruction manual, as many others have mentioned. I spoke to customer service and here are the hotkeys they have documented:

M button press and hold for 3 seconds on/off
M button press and hold from off position for 5-7 seconds pairing mode
When on and using the headphones, call comes in M button answer or reject
    press for answer
    hold for 2 seconds reject
Volume + press for volume up, press and hold next track
Volume - press for volume down, press and hold for previous track
Double-tap M button to redial most recent outgoing call

I Just Bought The 1st Pair
Now that I have them in my possession this is what I think about them. When I took them out of the packaging I thought they were a little bulky they perturb away from the ear so you may look a little odd. In the display image it shows an regular headphone jack, there is no headphone jack, someone messed that image up. Everything else is included in the package. Once I turned them on and synced them to my iPhone 6 Plus, iPad 3 and iMac I heard the sound WOW!!! They had outstanding balance of sound straight out of the box. I listen to a wide range of audio from low quality to the highest quality of audio I could play. I was so impressed I was hearing all kinds of sounds from music I have listened to for years and never heard the other layers they possessed. Once I heard it out of the box I had to push them to the limit to make the sound pop from using an equalizer. I must say these damn audio earphones handle it like an bullet proof superhero. I couldn't make it pop and that was great to hear and see. Oh before I forget they came fully charged and I ran them from 3:15pm - 12:30am and only lost about 25 - 30% of power. Volume level is crazy loud so be careful you don't want to go deaf. Controls for pause, play and skipping are all in the earphone. I had to figure that out without any information. Overall these are the damn best earphones I have ever bought from Monoprice ever and any others I use to own. These could be so much more money easily, but I love this price the best.

Thank you Monoprice for the extra happiness you gave me. :-D

PROS: Really Outstanding Audio Quality Out The Box
    Volume Level Amazing Loud
Dynamic Rang Truely Outstanding (When Using An Equalizer Based Application)
    Comfortable In My Opinion
Battery Usage Before Next Charge Amazingly Well Over The Specs Description

    CONS: A Little Bulky
    No Standard Audio Jack
Not Having Enough Information On Controls

    Survived the wash!
Great battery life and I was so sad when I couldn't find them anymore as I thought I had lost it. Little did I know that it was actually in one of my shirt pockets. I found it after I took it out of the dryer (and of course it survived the washer). This gets 10 out of 10. It still works perfectly! Doesn't appear to be any loss of battery life. Truly amazing

Flaws You Should Know Before You Buy
The sound quality is good, the battery life is good. So at their most basic, these are fine. However:

Battery in left earbud was not anchored and rattled around inside the case. I opened the case with a knife and glued it down, it seems to have solved the issue.

Earbuds extend out from the ear too far, so that their weight and the weight of the cable causes additional torque and is more likely to fall out of the ear. Earhooks are also too far from my head to be used. If you have ears that stick out more, this may not be an issue for you. Probably impossible to use while exercising.

LED is very bright and never stops flashing while the earbuds are on. Not usable in the dark with other people around.

Manual doesn't exist. I'm not detracting from the score for this because I don't think I need one, but I understand some people would like to be told what a long press will do instead of finding out on their own.

If those aren't problems for you, get them!

    Beyond Impressed!
I'm admittedly not very attuned to the way most bluetooth earbuds sound, but for my needs these things sound fantastic! They are very loud for one, I typically blast music and when I'm connected to my phone for instance the volume never goes above 75%. The low frequency response also completely surprised me, handles very low frequencies without distortion. I can imagine them sounding a bit crisper, but for $20 it's far from a deal-breaker. I'll probably grab another pair or two of these just because they seem like such a steal.

    -Sturdy construction
    -Great low end response
    -Feels comfortable in the ear
-Almost no sound bleed, won't bother people around you

-Looks a little goofy as they stick out a bit
-Some documentation included in the box would have been nice
-Pairing wasn't intuitive for me, I needed to reset them to enable pairing mode
(documentation could alleviate the last two cons)

    Good solid earbuds
Solid, good sound. Stays in the ear just fine for moderate walks and bike rides. Overall I would say well worth the price paid.

    PROS: Solid construction
    Good to Great Sound
Good range of volume - low to high
Good stability in the ears for moderate activity

CONS: Buds are a bit heavy and bulky, but trade off is sound quality
    June 10, 2016
    Great Value
I've bought lots of things on here. Some good, some crap. I've got to say, these earbuds really exceeded my expectations. They have great noise isolation, good bass, and clear audio from the Mic (tested in-call). I've owned 3 other budget pairs of BT headphones from amazon and these leave them in the dust no comparison. Frankly, if you're a long-time monopricer you'll get thing, they stand right next to the critically acclaimed Enhanced Bass Hi-Fi Noise Isolating Earphones - Silver
Product 8320 in terms of sound quality and thats saying something. They came out of the box fully charged which was awesome. You'll have to do some testing to figure out the button functions but they are all there. There's Up Vol (which doubles as "next track" with a long press), Down Vol (prev track long press) and a middle button for start/stop, Siri, and answer/ending calls. All in all- really solid.

    PROS: cheap
    great sound
    clear voice mic
    noise isolating

CONS: 3 buttons not programmed same as iphone earbuds takes some getting used to.

14mm driver = larger profile. Doesn't bug me but may bug others.

    I never write reviews
These headphones have great sound. Four stars because as a another reviewer indicated the volume buttons are a little tough to work with but not terrible. An extremely good value and a great purchase.

PROS: Great sound and easy to use.
Around the ear clips are excellent for holding buds in place.

CONS: Volume buttons a little difficult to use.
    June 10, 2016
    Almost perfect
I was interested in these from the time they were introduced. I had just bought a similar pair on Amazon, so I held off. After the first few reviews were positive, I decided to jump in on these. All I can say is "WOW". The sound is as good or better than any Bluetooth or Earbud headset I've ever used. Surprisingly deep bass and overall excellent sound quality.

The battery life seems to be MUCH better than the stated 5 hours. I've used them for around 6 hours so far, and the battery is still over 50%. And that's 6 hours of music... they've been in standby for about an hour in addition to that.

Lastly, the best feature of these headphones is also the one thing I would change, and also why I didn't give 5 stars. The ear hooks hold these in place very well. I've worn them while mowing, weedeating, and clearing a large area of my yard of brush and vines. They stayed put the entire 3 hours I was doing this. The only small problem I have is that when the ear hook is placed completely around your ear, like it would be on a tradiitional single ear headset, they don't stay in your ear canal well. The hooks have to be over the TOP of my ear, not around the back. Perhaps this isn't the case with everyone, but I think its worth mentioning. Again, they stay put, it just nags me that the hook doesn't work like I THINK it should.

In closing, I'm going to buy another pair of these to keep in my backpack, and a pair for my girlfriend, who was also wowed when she tried them. If you're thinking about getting these just do it. You won't regret it.

    PROS: Great sound
    Great Battery life
Stay in your ear through almost anything

CONS: Ear hooks sit in a weird position (but they work perfectly)
    June 25, 2016
    Great Earphones, Great Price
Purchased these earphones since i needed something to use while working out and just normal use for listening to music while at work. They exceeded my expectation, and i am very picky about audio and these meet my standards.
I have Rhapsody (Now NAPSTER) to listen to music and within the phone application they have an equalizer, i set the equalizer depending to what i am listening to and makes these earphone come alive even more. The bass does not over take the voice as other headphone or earphones that i have used, but don't confuse it that it has low bass because of that. Make sure to push the earphone in the ear (gently) (people don't have common sense anymore), because if you just leave them on the rim of the ear you wont be able to enjoy the bass at all. When using the clips, you will need to adjust them to your standard (clips can be added or removed), i have read reviews that they leave earphones outside of the ear but it is not true, i have big ears and even though the clips look small they fit perfectly with some small adjustment. I did notice that at some volume level it really blocks out any noise and wont be able to hear anyone or anything so be cautious on that part.

    PROS: Pros:
    - Provides great sound with all music genres
    - Bass is loud and smooth, none of that rattling sound or crackling when the bass is too much for the earphones.
    - Fully functional microphone to take phone calls and others dont have an issue hearing me.
    - They come with ear clips which are functional, i use them when i am jogging or lifting weights and they help keep the earphones more in place.
    - Pairs fast to phone and laptop
    - I really like that it is completely wireless and wraps around the back of the neck or in the front. ( to each their own)
    - Does not hurt my hears with the clips on as others tend to hurt because of the pressure they apply

    CONS: Cons:
    - Would recommend to put the volume buttons on the wires instead of being on the earphone itself. ( My IPhone controls the master volume of the earphones so i tend to adjust it on the phone)
    - Not noise cancelling but i still like them
