Questions and Answers
PROS: Small, easy to fly. Able to charge from usb, video and photos go onto a micro sd card. Lights allow to easily see which direction it's facing and also to see when the battery is dead.
CONS: Short battery life (7 mins flight w/ camera, 10 w/out camera), propellers broke soon after I bought them, but once I bought stronger replacements for $6 off another site it was fine.
I went out and purchased extra props - case - 2 additional batteries and a USB charger for the battery so I can charge a battery through the drone and another outside of the quad.
PROS: LED lights - very visible in most conditions very good at nice to orientation.
fun to fly,
Durable - I crashed this thing several times and only seen minor damage mostly to the props but thanks to the additionally provided props, I was able to resume the fun.
Average battery flight time for a drone in its size. the battery compartment makes it very easy to switch out batteries.
auto off on hard crashes
comes with extra props and tool to remove old ones.
Manual is very informative.
Controller - died can no longer play with my quadcopter. the altitude stick is spring loaded so it took some getting used to.
the sticks are not sticks and more like thumb knobs similar to what you would find on a gaming controller. the LCD screen is pretty useless while flying.
Camera - great that it has one but for 720p the quality is not all that great, you will get better footage outdoors on a sunny day
battery compartment - while I do like being able to quickly swap out battery for a fresh one, on a hard crash the battery sometimes pops out, so keep an eye out on where you crash.
trim - not very easy to trim out the yaw, I had to always compensate manually while flying.
Do not fly outdoors on a slightly windy day - wind will take this away, it does not fly very aggressive so if you plan to fly this outdoors make sure it is a calm day for flying.
No Prop guard! so you really have to be careful while flying otherwise you are going to go through props very quickly - hurt yourself or another person if it bumps into them
Thank you for your review and my apologies for the issues you have experienced with PID 14450. I see that an RMA has already been set up. We certainly do appreciate the feedback! Sorry again for the trouble and should you have any questions, feel free to contact us!

PROS: Relatively cheap. Pretty responsive. Not too difficult to set up. Seems to be able to take a beating.
CONS: The altitude hold doesn't work great. It sometimes hovers fine, others it keeps raising slowly and has to be manually lowered. Mine also drifts backwards and to one direction (can't remember if it's left or right) that I have to manually compensate for in flight. The adjustments on the controller seem to only make it drift the opposite direction. That said, it can be compensated for in flight and is only a small annoyance to me.
PROS: Altitude hold and headless flight modes. Easy to charge and cost of additional batteries from Monoprice is very reasonable. Camera quality is adequate. Nice bright lights.
CONS: Short battery life. Does not have status LED on transmitter.
mimics what the big-boys fly
CONS: short batter life
not great instruction to get it off the ground for the very, very beginner
some of the manual vocabulary is difficult to understand
