Will this box fit the Hubsan 502s drone and remote controller?
    A shopper on Jul 17, 2017
    BEST ANSWER: This hard Case has an internal dimensions of 11.0" x 7.9" x 4.8" (280 x 200 x 122 mm).
Does this case come with foam that can be customized based on what needs to be contained?
    A shopper on Nov 5, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Yes it does as the description clearly states, these cases are a great deal well built and the foam is customizable as in they have daily closely spaced scores in the foam toads I One in creating a multitude of configurations for your gear.
With the pressure relief being manual can this case withstand the pressure on an airplane?
    A shopper on Feb 7, 2018
BEST ANSWER: There is max 4 psi difference between airplane (pressurized to equal 8000') and sea level. so 4 psi *10"*12" = 480 pounds. 480 pounds evenly distributed across them seems reasonable (but I'm not a P.Eng.). Also These types of cases often have advertisements showing them to withstand more than 1000 pounds sitting on them.. A very safe solution though is to leave the air breather slightly open when in a dry area. like an airplane hold and close it when in a boat or bathtub.
does this fit a 210 racing quad?
    A shopper on Jun 16, 2017
BEST ANSWER: Thank you for your question. Unfortunately I am not sure of which 210 drone you are referring to. I would recommend measuring your 210 unit to ensure that it can fit in this case.
Does the lid have any mounting points on it like a Pelican does? I would need to attach a wood or plastic sheet to the inside of the lid to secure devices to.

    Monoprice Case
Nice case, great price, worked well for my Mavic Pro

Monoprice provided the product free of charge in exchange for writing an accurate review that detailed the pros and cons accordingly.

The case works great to protect my go-pro camera. I would imagine the case would also work great for larger cameras, recorders, fire arms, etc. The size of the case makes it easy for me to store the case anywhere in my house, in my car, making my camera accessible when I need it. The first week that I had it I conducted a drop test by dropping the case from various heights and the results were just as I hoped, no damage to the case nor the items inside. I recommend this product for anyone with expensive compact to mid-size merchandise that they are looking to protect, whether on the go or just to keep safe at home.

PROS: Pros: Incredibly practical weatherproof case, exceptionally sturdy can handle wear and tear, convenient compact size allowing for easy storage, the case can fit just about anywhere

CONS: Cons: No real cons, just that the monoprice sticker at the face of the case came off easily not a big deal

    Pelicans competitor..
Forget the pelican.. This is a very quality, extremely durable case. Perfect for my knife collection.

PROS: Price, quality, tough materials and excellent craftsmanship.

    CONS: Little hard to shut
    January 1, 2016
This case is absolutely amazing. It's tough and durable and a small fraction of the competitor's price. All the foam layers (2 regular, 2 pick-n-fit) are removable so it can be completely customized for whatever you decide to use the case for. I will most certainly be purchasing more of these! Thanks Monoprice!

PROS: Lightweight. Strong. Durable. Removable, customizable foam.

    CONS: None!

PROS: Sturdy build. Extra foam for custom fit. Good value.

    CONS: None

Great Case just like Pelican, but much cheaper
I bought 3 of these at various sizes, these are very similar, to the much more expensive pelican cases, but at much much cheaper. I haven't had them for long, but they seem to be built with good quality of construction, although the snap locks can be a little hard to open, but acceptable at these prices.

    Nice small case!
Ordered this to make an RC transmitter case for a Spektrum DX9. Could have used about 3/8" more length and width to add more padding to the sides of the transmitter, but there is one row of foam cubes on the bottom and sides to adequately provide shock protection. Traced the outline of the DX9 on the foam, hand removed the rows on both layers and about 20 minutes later, job was complete, including space for the battery charger.

    PROS: Reasonable price
    Quality construction
Easy foam fitment to custom shapes.

    CONS: Wasn't free
    Doesn't say "Pelican" anywhere!

An Excellent Choice for a Weatherproof Case
Monoprice sent me this case to check it out and give some feedback. This is a great case. It is economical, functional and it looks cool. I initially thought to use the case to store my 9mm, three magazines, and a case of ammunition. The case was large enough to accommodate everything and it looked cool too. It was quick to remove the pull apart foam and I realized quickly that it helps to make the foam cutout a little smaller than the item to provide a snug fit. After, I made the cutout for the gun I had a change of heart and decided to use the case for my DSL. I was able to use some spray adhesive to replace some of the pull out pieces of foam and re-issue the foam as a perfect fit my my camera, lens, batteries and charger. The uniformity of the pull out foam was the only thing that made my change of heart possible. Anybody looking for an IP67 rated case to protect valuables needs to buy this case. It has everything any of the other manufacturers provide and in true MONOPRICE form it delivers at a fraction of the price.

PROS: Excellent weatherproof case. The case is very durable. It is made of a strong synthetic polymer that is nice to look at and has a good feel. The case is not overly heavy. I haven't had a chance to submerge it yet but the seal appear durable and functional. The nameplate is a nice feature and allows for some customization to avoid mix ups on trips with friends. The handle is ergonomic and has a good sturdy feel to it. One of the nicest features is the ease of customization of the foam. Simply, lay out the shape you want and pull out the sections by hand. Easy enough for a five year old to do and they will probably enjoy the foam bits. The mechanical air vent is a nice feature and is lets you decide when to air the case instead of relying an an automatic feature that could potentially fail.

CONS: I would like the little feet on the bottom of the case to be rubberized to provide some additional anti-slip but I haven't really noticed an issue with the plastic feet...
