This box, with it's foam, is the perfect size for spare and assorted tubes for my audio gear... 6922s in front, 6SN7s in back.

Needed a box for a battery. Worked perfectly

Although a couple reviews on their inability to stack concerned me, I couldn't pass up the low price. I was pleasantly surprised that infact they are designed to stack, quite well actually. There must have been a design change.

Exactly what I hoped for. Solid build and easy to shape the foam.

Our team was using this to hold camera gear outside in the elements. The manufacturer changed the release valve to a Gortex/EPTFE style vent (great idea!) except for THIS particular box they didn't put in a Gortex vent. Water poured (and I mean poured!) into the box and destroyed an expensive mirrorless camera.

If you've already bought one or if you're considering buying one be sure to test the vent. It might be a straight hole into the box.

This case is awesome!! I purchased this case for a battery charging project I'm building. It has the look and feel of a Pelican case! It seals for an airtight fit with a pressure release knob in front. Looks cool, and the materials have a real quality feel. The hinges securely hold the top well and they function perfectly. You could probably use this as a step stool, but don't get crazy! Contains multiple foamy squares to customize whatever you store in it. This is not a flimsy case that you usually get for this price! You definitely will not find a better deal for a case like this anywhere. Pick up one up, you won't be disappointed!!! Yay Monoprice!
