    PROS: Solder with out problems

CONS: I did break the plastic in half inside the tail on one. Just feed the cable through instead of opening it up.

    Good Value
I purchased several of these to make DMX cables with Monoprice DMX Bulk Cable. I usually use more expensive, industry-standard connectors that cost about twice as much as these, but I figured I'd give them a try. These connectors get the job done just fine. I used them for a permanent installation project and had no issues. I would probably not trust these connectors in a high-impact/heavy stage use setting, but for low-impact situations I would say they are a good value.

    PROS: good value
    fairly easy to install

CONS: not the best build quality
concerns for durability in heavy use situations
