I use them to patch audio. If your connections from your cd changer to your receiver are 1/4” TRS then they should work for that application. Most cd players use RCA connectors for their I/O’s so double check your connectors to be sure your are getting the right product. I found the quality of these cables to be outstanding. peace.
Not red white audio. They are 1./4 inch inputs on each end. Most disk changers are 1/8 inch inputs (like standard headphone jacks). The red/white/yellow are RCA audio cables generally found on older TV's and Stereos. Most typically these are for music instruments (like guitar to amplifier)
I haven't had much time to use these yet, but they seem to work. I was worried because of other bad reviews I read about them breaking, but mine are only used within my pedal board and thus don't get bent or twisted much, so I think they'll hold up for this purpose.
