On par with cables I bought for way more. Feel a little bit lighter duty than the set I paid 3 times for, but these do not feel cheap or light duty by any measure. They may not be ideal for a gig on the stage or similar with heavy use, but they're fine for a studio or a gig where they aren't running across anywhere that you run the risk of someone stomping across.
Cable worked well, but it picked up noise pretty easily. That said, it wasn't unexpected because these are not shielded or balanced cables. They do exactly what they advertise at a good price. I used them to connect my keyboard to the mixer to get both the left and right channels. It worked well for that.
Overall, Montana price sells pretty d cent cables. I have both 1/4” and XLR cables that are sturdy with decent metal connectors similar to switchcraft or neutrik. These cables will do the job for my instruments, but they are plastic molded instead of metal. Also means I might not be able to repair if the connectors start to go. They’re fine for what they are, though, so 3 stars. Pretty average.
Business like Monoprice make me feel confident to shop online again. Very satisfied with whole process - Will recommend to anyone without hesitation.
PROS: Professional - In time - Item as described and fully functional - Excellent pricing - Ease of use of website and order procedure - Nothing to criticize - Will shop again for sure - Added Monoprice in my favorites - Thanks
I use this cable to connect my keyboard in stereo to the 8-channel audio mixer that Monoprice sells. It works great. The cable feels sturdy. I like that the color makes it easy to determine which one is right and left. And I like that the two cables are combined. It reduces the number of cables dangling around.
PROS: Handy to have left and right cables combined into one. Less mess.
