If you buy someplace else, you've spent too much on a pop filter.
It's a pop filter. It's a pretty simple thing, considering you can make one out of a coat hanger and a pair of panty hose. But at this price, there's really no reason to go to all that trouble. This is a well-made piece of kit, for not a lot of money. It bolts on to your mic stand securely, it has a fairly durable gooseneck arm, and it stays where it's put. Furthermore, the pop tray that collects all the filtered pops is very easy to empty, and can even be integrated with a Shop-Vac to collect the pops as they're filtered out. Another triumph from Monoprice.com.

PROS: Well made, stays where it's put, pop reservoir is easy to empty

    CONS: None

A pop filter is a pop filter. You might as well spend less money.
A pop filter is a pop filter. You might as well spend less money. For most users, this is all the pop filter you need and this one is easy on the wallet.

    Dual-Screen Pop-Filter
It does its job very well disarming plosives. Solid construction. Mounts and adjusts easily. Good size to work with. Excellent pop screen at any price, so the low price tag is icing on the cake.

PROS: Fine performance, quality construction, amazingly low price.

CONS: Can't find any down side.

    Dual-Screen Pop-Filter

PROS: Great product that works. I find the flexibility, durability, and tightening capabilities well within acceptable norms. The price is also outstanding. Don't waste any more time, energy or money - just get it! And, I don't even work for Monoprice.

    CONS: still looking for one.

You could spend anywhere from fifteen to sixty bucks for a nearly identical product at your local music store. Or you could probably cobble something together with some old panty-hose and a coat hanger. Or you could spend under ten bucks at Monoprice for something that looks legit and does what it needs to do. You decide.

PROS: inexpensive, does the job, looks great

    CONS: nothing so far

    Does the trick
Been looking for a good Pop-Filter for awhile when I found this one. Thought for the price I would give it a try. Does just what I needed it to do, and the price was even better.

Good rugged pop filter at a great price for microphone recording. No complaints here.

    Works Perfectly
Works perfectly for what I need it for. I have a karaoke mic that doesn't have much for an internal pop filter and this handles that quite nicely.

I liked this thing so much, I've equipped three different microphones with them. Though if I'm recording someone who pops a lot, I will sometimes put two of these inline to capture them all.

I don't know how often you're supposed to empty the pop reservoir, so I do it once a week. Or daily, if I'm recording another rendition of Peter Piper.

This pop filter is well-made, holds its position very well, and attaches to pretty much any mic boom using an adjustable screw mechanism.

I'm really impressed with Monoprice's growing selection of audio gear, and I can't wait to see what they bring out next.

PROS: Light, flexible, easily attached, holds a lot of pops before you have to empty it

CONS: No shop-vac attachment for automatic pop reservoir emptying
