Classic Guitar Stand
Don't let your guitar go unprotected. Keep it upright and safe from scratches and dings with this Classic Guitar Stand from Monoprice.
This simple three-piece design can be assembled in minutes, yet provides a stable base for holding any guitar or bass guitar. The aluminum tubing is covered in a soft rubber foam to protect the finish of your guitar, while a rubber strap across the neck support ensures that your guitar won't fall out of the stand.
The stand is height adjustable from about 25" ~ 29" at the neck support. The base has a 20.5" span, which gives it rock solid stability, even on carpet.
Note that the rubber tubing will interact with the chemicals in a nitrocellulose finish and can ruin the finish where it comes in contact with the rubber. Never allow a guitar with a nitrocellulose finish to come into contact with rubber tubing.

PROS: Nice stand, has a neck safety latch and holds everything from electric to acoustic well. The neck portion is adjustable up and down, I can see this being handy for holding a longer bass guitar.
CONS: Very minor, The base that sits under the guitar, slides into the main shaft and can pivot around, has never been a issue but seems kind of odd. I would think since it is keyed already for instillation a key could be added to limit its range of tilt.. But like I said it has never become a issue. However this design could come in handy for odd shaped guitars like flying V's or others that have irregular shapes.
