Very convenient due to the size, flexibility, brightness of the LEDs, and ability to adjust one or two bulbs per arm for varying brightness not just overall, but per side (useful if light is hitting your music unevenly). Durable and with a long battery life (I haven't had to change them yet and I've used it regularly for half a year now).Easy to set up, pack up, and store along with cables due to the small size. Highly recommend.
PROS: -Good lengths for each arm
-Bright (but not annoying!)
-Multiple brightness settings
-Long battery life
CONS: -Harsh white/blueish light color (like all LEDs)
Great lite clamps on so nice even came with batteries U need a lite where U need it U need this lite and each lite a great easy reach switch on each lite has a hi and low setting Low nice in total darkness working on my maker select
Bright enough to properly illuminate my sheet music, but not blinding. Small and unobtrusive. Because of how I have my music stand set up (reversed, with a piece of anti-slip mat on it, and with the lip at the upper/away from me edge) I clip the light to the lip of the stand. The clip isn't quite robust enough to grab securely to just the thin sheet-metal lip of my stand. I'll add a wad of gaffer tape there to give it something more substantial to grab onto, and all will be fine. This little light does just what I need it to do: light up my music.
PROS: Small, bright enough, flexible, includes batteries, dual settings for each lamp head.
My brother takes his out on gigs. I use mine on a music stand in my home studio for that extra bit of brightness I often need to read music and lyrics. The flexible lamp stems adjust easily and stay in place upon adjustment. The lamps run off USB if I like, but I'm using batteries, so there is one less cable snaking around the studio floor, and I can move the music stand at will.
PROS: Provides good light. Simple operation, Portable. Inexpensive.
