Is the power cord included, or do I need to purchase one alongside this?

BEST ANSWER: Keep in mind, there is no room for a battery as these effects are really small. You will need external power. Shouldn't pull more than 40ma or so. I would use a daisy chain with a single supply if you have several 9volt pedals. Remember, anything that boosts signal will pull a lot more power.

    Monoprice delay pedal
I did a YouTube video of this which doesn't come up with the link so, here it is, if the link below still doesn't work.

PROS: This I definitely worth the price
    May 26, 2015
Been playing guitar for over 45 yrs and very experienced with types of pedals, etc. All in all, a very good delay pedal for the price. I've seen virtually identical pedals under a different brand name from a different company selling for three times this one. They all come from China but Monoprice hasn't gouged the public like some others. I got lucky on a rare instance when Monoprice had free shipping on a couple of their musical products which made this purchase all the more a tremendous value.

PROS: Works well at what it was designed to do at a good price. It's quiet at least through my amps and is a good alternative to much more expensive delay pedals.

CONS: Kinda small, no markings for delay length, but not a big deal for experienced users. It's not battery capable and comes with no ac adapter so must be ordered separately adding another 7 bucks or so. Biggest complaint is I've noticed that the more great reviews Monoprice gets on some musical products the prices seem go up.

    Small but mighty
This little guy really does sound good. I fly a lot for tours, so I try to get the most portable gear I can, and this fits the bill. It has a very convincing "analog-like" sound, and it can do the self oscillating thing, plus when you move the delay time while a note is sounding, the pitch changes like it would on an analog bucket brigade delay. Cool for a special effect. It's clean, it sounds good - no complaints here! For the price it's a no-brainer. My only request would be a tap tempo control, but at this price point that's dreaming.

    PROS: Sounds great. Compact. Cheap.

    CONS: none

    I Like It!
What a great little delay unit! When I started playing, I used an EchoPlex (yes, I'm THAT old). These digital units are much cleaner. I've built plenty of my own pedals over the years and I'm impressed with this one. Nothing fancy, but this little guy sounds great - very smooth tone - control have good range - I wouldn't change a thing. Can be used as a chorus, reverb or echo. Unlike the picture, mine came with a white chicken-head knob. Got it with a 20% discount coupon, Woo-Hoo!

    Mini Delay
I'm an old fart who has been playing and loving all things guitar since a fateful Sunday evening on Feb 9, in 1964. Watching George coax those killer tones out of his Gretsch put a spell on me that is great than ever some 50 years later. I no longer play guitar professionally or gig in a band setting, but I still play everyday. I needed a delay and the specs, size and price of this gem led me to give it a try. Amazing how it can be digital but still have a nice, fat analog warmth to it. For what I need, it's darn near perfect! While I generally do not use many effects when I play, I am looking forward to trying the compressor and a couple of the lower gain overdrives. I am thrilled to find Monoprice! Thank you so much!

PROS: Excellent tone, small footprint, easy to use, low cost, excellent quality.....did I mention great tone?

CONS: Not a biggie, but the ability to use a 9 v battery would be nice. Of course, it's the same with all pedals of this size.

    Small but terrible
I like the size very small but produces very big sound.

PROS: Size is small but the sound and tone is amazing. I really liked it.

    Very cute

    CONS: None

    Awesome Delay Pedal
I have a EHX Headphone amp and wanted a delay to use with it and this Mini delay pedal fits the need. There is no place to put a 9 volt battery so I made an external battery supply for this pedal and mounted the small headphone amp and the delay to a small board along with the external 9 volt battery all with Velcro and now I have a nice little headphone setup to use while practicing on my bed or couch.

The delay pedal is more than you can ask for in its size and If I need to I would buy it again. Well worth the money spent. You'll be glad you bought one.

PROS: Sounds like it cost twice as much.

Stands up side by side with high dollar delays like the Memory Toy

Same size as the EHX Headphone Amp

CONS: No 9 volt battery compartment.

    Price/Performance- Well Worth It.
I like having a bit of slap-back delay as part of my base guitar sound, and this little unit does the job just fine. Simple, easy to use, and sounds good. It is worth noting though that when the pedal is engaged, the tone changes ever so slightly with a little bit of added midrange. This might be off-putting to some, but I like it.

    Quality pedal, excellent price
I am super amazed by this product. It's a very compact pedal, solid and fits in your hand easily. The sound is excellent with an almost analog tone to it. Very simple knob and control configuration and easy to use. I suggest this pedal for anyone looking in this price range.

The only gripe I have with mine is that the light that signifies if delay is on or off does not work on mine. The pedal I bought might just have that defect but it doesn't affect the quality of the sound.

PROS: Compact, easy to use, ample control ability (etc. timing, echo, delay length),

CONS: Possibility of getting one with minor problems... explained in review.

And does not come with adapter or ability to use batteries.

    Big Surprise ,Small Package
Great functionality in a small package. Its small footprint is great for a crowded pedalboard where you need a delay effect. Very useful pedal with no back ground noise.
