You will have fun on this bike
I am not sure there is a real practical use for this machine but it is a blast to ride around the neighborhood or office hallways (or so I've heard). It's also easy to ride and scoots along nicely, even for a 200 pound guy. Now I just need to get a motorcycle jacket and I'll be set.

Awesome Mini E-Bike with 1 caveat
30 days a year, I work on convention floors. It is not uncommon to have to walk 1/4 mile from 1 end of the hall to the other end for a simple cable - multiply this by 20 - 50 times a day and our time = money formula starts to get a bit strained. Some of my co-workers have started bringing in mini e bikes to help with this but up until now they have been cost prohibitive. I purchased the SwagTron as a beta to see if it was the right fit. After 10 days of straight use I can say that for the price it is a solid performer and a very good value - & fun too. It is fast enough for the usage I mentioned above. I never ran out of battery during a 12 hour day of use. Comfort/riding position is good. Features and ease of use are also proving to be good. Here is the caveat - for the riding position, you put your feet on pegs that are screwed onto the front wheel axle bolts. This is a fairly different arrangement than most people will be used to. For the first time rider, this will at first be awkward. The result is, if you are too casual with your riding, you can experience some instability. The key is when you get your SwagTron bike, take it out into your street and go real slow for the first 5 minutes, get a sense for how it performs with your feet up on the front wheel pegs. Start with slow gentle turns and when you are starting out, don't be afraid to put a foot out for added stability. I found that if I kept my arms a little stiffer like I was riding a motorcycle, It was very stable. Also, there is no riding this bike with just one hand on the handle bars, this cannot be stressed enough! With just 1 hand on the handle bars and both feet on the front wheel pegs, you will be in danger of instability. Because I was operating in high traffic areas (fellow workers, fork lifts, other mini e-type bikes and trikes) caution had to be constantly observed and I found myself occasionally putting out a leg/foot for stability. Sometimes I would even drag a foot along to help me out. The brakes are really good, BTW. Overall I am very pleased with the purchase and am thankful to have had my SwagTron with me on my last gig. Just as with anytime you are riding on 2 wheels, be a safe/observant & considerate rider & have fun.

    Love these!!!
My boyfriend and I got these in different colors, his white and mine black. Both look really sharp. These are super fun to ride around, we’ve taken them on a few bike paths. They are lightweight and we can fit both of them in the backseat of a sedan. I’m lighter than he is;) mine hasn’t died yet while we’re out.

    Swagtron Fun
Overall it seams to be a very well built and is fun to ride. I wish it had a little better pulling power on hills. We have been using them to ride around the campgrounds we visit in our RV. They have been very reliable.

Cute, great for thin people on flat surfaces
The specs say the capacity is 264 pounds, speeds up to 10 MPH, 36 volt battery ... up to 15 miles, up to 12% grade. I wish they would provide more specs that would make it more accurate:
“Speeds up to 3 MPH at 250lbs, But won’t go uphill.”
“Some production runs are 36v, some are 42v”
“Some runs are UL approved, Some are not.”
“Tires shipped with virtually no air inside.”

So the unit is greatly underpowered. Otherwise, it seems clean, sturdy and well made.

Looks great for mild weather tooling around the neighborhood.
The shipment arrived right as the weather turned chilly. Put the box away for spring â?? so reserving judgment â?? but looks pretty cool.
