Can this be assembled inverted, such that the centered mount is below and the swingarm mounts are on top?
    Jerry S on Dec 22, 2016
BEST ANSWER: I haven't tried it, but I believe it can. There are plastic stoppers that can be adjusted up and down so both the bottom and top monitor attachments could technically go anywhere. I personally wouldn't recommend it, as placing the significant amount of wait at the top would allow the stand to be knocked over much easier.
Is there a manual for this thing? I tried to put it together the best I can, but I've got a bag full of bolts and standoffs, and a bunch of little black plastic pieces left over, and the stand is in perpetual threat of tipping over. That can't be right.
    Jason F on Dec 6, 2016
BEST ANSWER: Mine works great and had no extra parts, it had instructions but didn't need them. The plastic bushings need to be installed sounds like. Also if it's tipping it means you are angling the bottom monitors in at the elbows instead of the wrists of the two swing arms. Run the swing arm in a straight line and just use the pivot points at the ends of the swing arms to angle in the bottom monitors. Using the elbow pivots causes too much front weighting.
Could I mount a 32 inch monitor on the top and two 24 or 27 inch monitors on the two base level mounts?
    John S on Nov 24, 2017
BEST ANSWER: Hi, it should be doable since you'll be using smaller ones for the bottom screens. To be sure, you can measure how high the center of the top vesa mount will be in such a configuration, this mount allows that to be around 28" high measuring from the base. You can get the vertical height of your bottom screen, then add the height until the center of your top screen's vesa mount. If that's less than 28" then it should work. Thanks for checking.
Does every monitor work in the specifications given?
    A shopper on Mar 9, 2017
BEST ANSWER: I don't understand the question, if you are asking if every monitor is on and working at the same time, then yes. I have a TV on the top section and 2 computer monitors on the lower level and they are all on and working.
Can i flip the mounts around for example can i put the top mount on the bottom and the 2 bottom mounts on the top i'm trying to go for a reverse pyramid setup?
    A shopper on Jun 27, 2017
BEST ANSWER: I think you can.. I can check when later when I am at home.. however.. even tough I think it is possible you will run into a center of gravity problem since this configuration will restrict how far you can move the two monitors from the round supporting vertical pole.. See the base is not big enough to shift the center of gravity forward when you need to use them closer to the user. I have run into this problem with the standard configuration.
Can the upper mount be place 180 degrees from the lower arms? We would like the operator to have 2 monitors - side by side - and the 3rd monitor turned away from operator?
    Bryan R on Oct 8, 2017
BEST ANSWER: Yes! The brcket is attached to the round central pole of the display and either the lower or upper can be rotated to any direction.
What is the maximum distance between centers of the mounts on the dual monitor level?
    A shopper on Nov 27, 2017
BEST ANSWER: Hi, the maximum distance would be approximately 31". Hope this helps.
How high can you make the top mount? How many inches from the base to the center of the top mount at it's highest position?
    A shopper on Aug 19, 2017
    BEST ANSWER: 28 inches ...
Can I mount two 27'' curved monitors to the bottom brackets and a 32'' curved monitor to the top mount? Each monitor has a 75 x 75 vesa mounting system.

Bracket snapped and Monoprice has been a hassle
When assembling this stand, the upper mounting bracket snapped where the bolt is tightened. The bracket is still functional, but it is mobile on the mount, so you can pull the upper monitor off at any time. The lower collar keeps it from sliding down.

I emailed Monoprice to get an RMA, and it took them 16 business days to inform me that they couldn't replace the bracket by itself and would only replace the entire mount, which would mean disassembling my home office setup--not worth it.

This will be the last time I buy something like this from Monoprice.

    Works fine. Lots of flexibility.
I upgraded to this rack from a vertical 2-monitor stand. Assembly was quick and easy. This stand is nice and sturdy and provides a lot of flexibility for size of monitor you use and positioning of each monitor. I'm currently using it with a 23" monitor above 2 19" monitors..

Very nice & measure before you mount
I mounted 2 - 27" monitors side by side and a 19' above and found I no longer had room under the monitors for my computer on top of my keyboard tray.
Measure overall high before you start.
I am glad I go this unit - it is very stable.
