I bought 3, One for home, one for work, and a back up. They come with a plastic cover on the bottom of the pad. If you take that off the mousepad will not budge at all. I can see how that is useful but I move my mousepad regularly to change up the arm position so I put it back on the best I could. Works great for me.
It's a great mouse pad. It's held up well so far and has just enough friction on the bottom to not move when you don't want to but to be able to move it easily when you do. It looks great and works very well especially for the price.
After getting an adjustable keyboard and mouse tray that I liked, then came the search for a circular mouse pad. Not only does this mouse pad fill the circular mousing surface of the tray. It also has a gel filled wrist rest. And after removing the plastic film on the bottom it stays in place without any permanent adhesive. It just has a really good high friction non-skid surface that keeps it put. Fortunately I didn't have to look too long or pay too much for this niche product.
