Questions and Answers
-Absolutely lives up to the specs
-Nice and thin bezel
-Freesync works great with it
-Easy mounting on VESA monitor mounts.
-Much lighter than I expected.
-gets fairly warm in the controls area.
I purchased two (2) of these monitors to replace the very aged ones I had before.
I installed with Monoprice DisplayPort 6' cable (separate purchase - PID 13360) and it immediately accepted the monitor for full spec. Also installed on PID 5402 desk mount. (I did not even once use the included monitor stand)
FreeSync had to be manually turned on in the OSD menu.
While the monitor does appear to support audio over DP/HDMI, the audio is processed only for the headphone/speaker port on the I/O panel of the monitor, as far as I can tell.
Sure, it isn't HDR10, but that's a market that has barely even been touched by any other manufacturers so far. The vividness of this monitor far surpasses the one(s) it replaced.
