This premium case is made of genuine leather, providing complete protection and long-lasting durability for your iPad. The case features cutouts to accomodate the iPad's buttons and connectors so that no functionality is lost while your iPad is secured inside.
The back of the case hinges allowing your iPad to be propped up in landscape mode, with the edge being held in place by one of two leather strips on the front cover, for a total of two different viewing angles. The inside of the case is made of a soft suede material, protecting the finish of your iPad from scratches and scuffs.
The front cover is equipped with a properly placed magnet, which will automatically turn your iPad off when closed and back on when opened. Unlike other magnetic cases, this one provides all around protection for your iPad keeping it looking like new for years to come!
Note that the iPad Cover Lock / Unlock option is not enabled by default. The option is located by pressing the Home button, then choosing Settings > General. However, the option will not be visible until you actually attach the magnetic cover to the iPad. Alternatively, you can use a small refrigerator magnet to simulate a magnetic cover, thereby allowing the option to become visible.

PROS: Nice cover
CONS: Button are very difficult to operate due to cover being so thick. Also doesn't always shut ipad off when you close lid

CONS: Worked great till now ,when closed will not shutdown ipad so when reopen battery is used up and needs to be recharge
