How do you daisy chain two of these together?
    A shopper on Jan 3, 2017
BEST ANSWER: Thank you for your question. You would only be able to daisy chain the receivers using a Daisy Chain Extender up to 8 times. You would not be able to connect two of the Splitters together.
Where do you get the Daisy Chain extenders?

Where is the manual for the HDBaseT™ 1x8 HDMI® Splitter and 8 Receivers?
    A shopper on Jun 23, 2017
I have purchased a MP18SPL to try. AV transmission is superb. But it comes with only one IR Transmitter jack and one IR transmitter and I have 6 source devices to control, which I suspect is common (Receiver, second receiver, AppleTV, PS3, DVD, Streamer). The one transmitter does not work connected to a regular Niles IR distribution block. It seems to work best when about 3 or 4 feet away from the source devices, but will not control all 6 of my devices from any distance. I am at a loss as to how I might control these 6 source devices, which are all in a cabinet. The manual doesn't have any reference to setting up the IR repeater. Any ideas?

    Excellent product, highly recommended!
I've tried many products prior to this: wireless (forget it choppy transmission), 2-wire extender (works OK, but inconvenient and no remote extender), single wire non-HDBaseT (occasional hiccups in video and audio).

This product is the single most perfect solution I've used even my previous solutions above that somewhat work still need an HDMI matrix to distribute content to my multiple rooms. I don't need that with this product at all.

The only 'con': it's expensive. But, considering it delivers 8 connections, it works out to be about $280+ per connection, which doesn't seem so bad.

PROS: Works instantly, no set up required.

    Perfect transmission.

Built-in remote extender a huge plus.

    CONS: Expensive.

    works great
I use this for a system in my office that uses a media splitter to show video and audio to 6 remote TVs. I had a prior system that used HDMI over cat 5, which was very flaky and would often blank out several TVs. This HD Base T has been much more reliable, and the resolution is also superior to my prior system.

ay to run content on 8 monitors simultanesously
First one i ordered ad 4 ports on main box stop working. Sent it back and ordered another one. Has worked great. Use at trade shows to sync content (video, powerpoints, etc) between 7 different screens. Haven't tried using the ethernet port for tying in networking,
