This is a fixed wall mount bracket with no adjustment ability. It has undergone extensive safety testing and has been certified by Underwriters Laboratories (UL), which ensures that it will perform safely and reliably.
This bracket is designed to mount an LCD, LED, or Plasma display with a VESA mounting pattern between 200x200 and 900x600, which includes most 60" to 100" TVs*. It can be mounted to any type wall (brick, concrete, wood stud, etc.) and can safely hold up to 220 lbs (including the weight of the mount itself). Mounting hardware is included.
* Note that the display screen size is only an approximation. Your TV is compatible with this mount as long as your display has a VESA mounting pattern and weight that fit within the size and weight limits listed above.

PROS: Ease of release of bottom latches when one needs to remove a panel from the wall.
TV feels very sturdily attached to the wall when mounted and latched in.
Higher display weights are supported with this bracket that most do not support.
CONS: Release strings need to be tucked up behind TV due to their length, but this really isn't an issue.
PROS: All hardware needed was included (lag bolts and mounting screws to the TV.
