Do you have an installation book viewable on line? I would like to see how this is attached to the wall.

Can this product be used with a 19" tv?
    Bob F on Nov 27, 2016
BEST ANSWER: To determine compatibility with a TV mount to your TV, please determine the VESA mounting pattern on the back of your TV. It is the 4 screw hole square formation on the back and it is usually listed on the TV specs or you can find out by measuring it yourself(measured in millimeters). Our TV mounts range from 50x50mm to 1000x700 and up so please check the TV mount specs for compatibility as well. I hope this helps, thank you!

BEST ANSWER: Manual is just a few pictures of how to install. Basic mounting and generally easy instructions to follow except "boom" picture to adjust resistance of up/down movement didn't make sense to me at first.. I've installed 3 so far. Very good except can be difficult to "fix" TV level as there is a little play/movement in that direction and hard to tighten. Other adjustments (tilt) easier to tighten. The vertical movement up/down works like a charm.
If TV is pushed against the wall as far as it will go is the center of the TV bracket centered on the wall bracket? If not, what is offset distance?
    Victor C on Oct 9, 2017
BEST ANSWER: It is about 4" off to one side, depending on which direction the elbow is folded toward; the offset is to the other side. So if the elbow is to the left, the tv bracket is to the right of the wall bracket center, and to the left if the elbow is to the right.
Does it lay flat to the wall?
    A shopper on Aug 20, 2018
BEST ANSWER: It doesn’t lay completely flat against the wall. It has a distance of 2.3in that the arm takes up when pushed flat against the wall.
49’curved screen tv mount in Conner ?
    A shopper on Aug 20, 2018
BEST ANSWER: I use this mount for a 43" flat screen in a corner and it works well. My screen is 38" wide but you could easily fit 50" in width and still have room to rotate . Be sure your screen supports VESA 100 or 200. Some ultra-wide 49" computer monitors may not.
The other consideration is how sturdy the screen is--this mount is a bit stiff. Other than swiveling left-right, you can't just move them one-handed from a corner. To keep weight down, many screens are somewhat flimsy so up/down or tilt movement puts too much strain on the screen. It requires two hands from the top/bottom middle or from the rear mount point.
Can they be mounted upside down? I have a shelf I wish to overhang.
    A shopper on Apr 10, 2018
BEST ANSWER: I tried to mount it upside down but you can not. sorry.
If I buy 2 of these, will I be able to extend 1 to make is super long?
    Greg B on Oct 15, 2017
BEST ANSWER: If you are asking if they can be attached to each other to become a single unit, my answer would be no--I would not trust the stability of that setup, even if it were possible.
Just received this, the instructions are appalling. Are there any better instructions available? It's easy to fix to the wall but no idea how to make any adjustments on the mount itself.
    Lynn T on Dec 3, 2016
BEST ANSWER: The adjustment I had a hard time figuring out was the level adjustment - which enables the mounted TV to be level. I finally figured out that I had 4 nuts too tight - the ones that attach the plate holding the TV to the end of the swivel arm (figure 5 in the instructions). When I loosened them very slightly I could finally level the TV so I didn't have to tilt my head. To me this was not intuitive; I always like to tighten things really tight. Figure 6 shows the adjustment to compensate for the weight of the TV so that the arm can be easily moved up and down.
The description says up to 42 inches but the product name says 42 to to 66. What is the actual minimum and maximum size for this mount?
    Jason R on Jun 23, 2018
If the mount is pushed in as close to the wall as possible, what is the distance from the back of the tv to the face of wall? What is the range from its highest position to it's lowest position? And how close can I get the tv to the wall in it's highest and lowest positions. Bottom line, I want to use this mount for highest and lowest positions but need to be as close to the wall as possible.

    Works great
I'm very happy with this TV mount. It took me studying the mount before I was able to get the TV level (I had to tilt my head for awhile), but once I was able to figure it out it works great. I have a 40" TV mounted and the articulating arm is very sturdy and stable.

This is the first TV mount that I have installed or used so I don't have any reference point for comparison purposes, but it has all of the adjustment that I need. I would buy this again.

Excellent - does what is should
Does exactly what they say it can. Easy to install. Solid as a rock. Ours gets moved every day so the "cushion" soft movement and ability to stay at any position without having to set screws is awesome. Meets WAF (wife acceptance factor)!

Finally found a gift my husband likes!
The full articulation is great, it took him a second to realize that you can adjust the tension but once he did... thrilled!

    My First Mount
After getting up to speed with the mount using the included instructions, the mounting went well. Plenty of adjustment range. One issue that was some what annoying is the plastic shroud over the arm, at the balance screw. The plastic shroud covers the adjustment screw when the arm is extended past 70%. This makes it difficult to set the proper balance tension. The shroud opening, at the balance tension screw, should be elongated 1/2 to 3/4 inch to allow adjustment over the entire mount's range.

Poor instructions. It's not raise or lower without using a hex wrench and unfortunate hard to raise and lower. The price is good. The installation does not include a paper template which makes it hard to i'm out perfectly level. Amount is made very sturdy and can definitely hold weight that it specifies.

    Great TV mount
I have never installed a wall mount for a TV before, but it went very well, and very quickly, and it is easy to adjust. I love the looks of the mount, elegant yet strong enough to do the job. All the other mounts look too industrial or institutional, this one belongs in a home.

    great device
super price and great function. After installation, you do need to adjust for TV weight. My older TV was a bit heavy, adjusted to allow fingertip movement.

Buy one, you will like it!
