does it work with vesa 200x100?
    A shopper on Nov 28, 2016
BEST ANSWER: The manual shows it to be configurable to work with VESA 75x75, 100,100, 300x300, 400x400 & 200x400. Doesn't show 200x100.
Has anyone mounted this on a wall with metal studs?
    A shopper on Dec 28, 2016
BEST ANSWER: I have not mounted on metal studs and would be hesitant to hang any mount/television onto the metal studs. What you SHOULD do is cut away a section of drywall in between two studs and reinforce the metal stud by inserting a length of 2x4 into the stud. Even better if you can do this on both left & right and attach a 2x4 cross-beam to keep everything stable. Patch the drywall back up and screw the mount into the wood stud you've now created. Good luck.
Can this mount fit VESA 300x200?

Good mount but need addition to install instructions.

PROS: Solid and works well for my 32" flat panel with a 200 X 200 mm VESA configuration.. Great price!

CONS: Instructions a little difficult to read and follow. To make install a lot easier, need to provide one more measurement and guidance. Instructions should provide the vertical distance from either of the two screws (on the back of the part that attaches to the TV) to the upper hole of the part that attaches to the wall. Then after the back part is attached to the TV, the installer should measure from that same screw down to the vertical bottom of the TV. After placing a mark on the wall at where you want the bottom of the TV to be, then measure up the sum of the distances from above and place a mark. This mark is where the top hole of the wall mount portion should be. Place the top most hole of the template at that mark.

Not the best quality, but a good value mount
It seems very strong, and lots of screws and washers are included to account for just about any wall or TV you might use this with. The instructions and parts markings are very good, referring to included pieces by letters on the enclosing plastic bags. The only thing to be improved would be to indicate that the screws for the wings are not in a bag, they are the ones already in the wings. The installation process went pretty smoothly and it looks nice with the plastic snap on covers. The mount does the job it's intended to do decently well for the price.

The problems I have with it are from what appears to be inaccurate construction. Even with everything adjusted perfectly level and tightened to what I consider a reasonable amount, it would still tilt and rotate with the slightest touch. I broke the tilt adjustment screw while trying to tighten it even more to stop all the movement. The extending arm is pretty stiff and requires a good amount of force on the TV to pivot around. Several of the metal pieces on the arm and mount were very slightly bent, which I suspect is the reason my TV is level when swung to one side, but extremely crooked when swung to the other side. Even with a 35 lb. Vizio 55" LED TV, the arm droops slightly where it scrapes against itself when moved to be flush against the wall. When fully extended, there is about a 2.5" droop, and about 1 inch when flush against to the wall. Good thing I left a little extra room above the shelves underneath...

    PROS: - Strong

    - Lots of screws and washers included

    - Good documentation

    - Cheap

    - Plastic covers to hide hinges and give a better apperance

    - Limited cable management (when it works)

CONS: - Metal bent and out of level

    - Won't tighten enough to stop movement

    - Droops when fully extended

    - Scrapes against itself when pushed flush to the wall

    - Cable management clip in the middle doesn't hold cables in

Even though the unit is VESA compliant for a 100mmx100mm mount, it does NOT come with the necessary M4 screws to mount an LCD TV for a 100mmx100mm mount. The set also did not come with the wall template which required me to hold the entire unit on the wall while holding a level and marking the holes with a pencil. What should have been a 20 minute install turned into over 1 hour in traveling to the hardware store to purchase M4 screws.

PROS: Good quality for the price, easy to install

CONS: No M4 screws for a 100mmx100mm mount and the set did not come with a wall template despite being reflected on the component checklist.
    Awesome Mount

PROS: This mount exceeded my expectations on almost every point. It is very well constructed and much more than I was expecting for the cost. It was very easy to install and came with all of the hardware needed to mount it to brick, masonry, sheet rock etc..

FYI if you plan on mounting this on a brick, concrete or other masonry wall, you will need a 3/8" masonry bit.

CONS: It did not come with the proper size screws for mounting to my Vizio 37" TV. If your TV requires M4 screws then you will have purchase them separately. Both Home Depot and Lowes, Carry them

Slick Mount. Easy to Install. Great Price!
This is the second one of these I have installed.. Just make sure you drill pilot holes for the lag screws going into the wall stud and make sure the pilot holes are full-depth, especially in old, dry wooden studs. The lag screw heads will tend to strip otherwise. Everything else in the installation was a piece of cake. There are a large numbers of screws provided which cover all possible VESA mounts. Mine was an easy 200mm x200mm. Make sure you have a helper to mark and drill the holes in the wall and then later to hang the TV on the mount.

PROS: East to Install. Decent instructions.
    All hardware provided
Excellent price. Comparable mounts at retail stores are 3 times the cost.

CONS: Plastic cable clips and cover pieces took a few tries to figure out.. No instructions for these, although they were pictured and ultimately went on OK.
Supplied lag screws were not not particularly high grade steel. The screw heads (Phillips type) will strip out unless the pilot holes are drilled full length (about 2.5") and you install them carefully. If I had a metric hex head driver, this probably would not have been a problem.

PROS: Well built. Strong and substantial. Simple one stud install. The only assembly required was to attach 4 "arms" to the TV mounting plate. Instructions were clear and precise. Don't know how they can still offer overnight shipping for $5-$6. I used this for a 47lb 55" flatscreen. Could easily be used on a 65".

The center of the mounted TV will be 2-3/16" offset from center of the wall mounting plate.

CONS: None really. A couple of notes. The wall bracket template is cardboard slipped in the edge of the box. It looks just like the packing materials DON'T throw it away. Also the TV mounting plate attaches to the swing arm on two 3/16' threaded studs tightened by thumb wheel nuts. This to me is the weakest point of the install. Be sure to tighten securely.

    Great Price for Good Product
So I ordered this for my new house, the "template" they send you is just a piece of cardboard with the holes cut out. According to the documentation the template should have had a TOP label. In my rush to install it and get the template leveled. I didn't notice it was backwards, because there was no visual indicator on the template, so I ended up drilling the mounting holes backwards and had to drill two more holes. This was 99% my fault for not comparing it to the mount like a good installer, but it would have been nice if the template had a sticker or even in pencil "TOP," "FRONT."

After this the install went great, I mounted a 46" TV, which weighs less than the max weight, and so far no problems. The only slight downside was the plastic covers, they were a bit flimsy and hard to get on, but after some struggling I was able to get them on to stay. The mount is very fluid and very sturdy, and you cannot beat the price. So far I am very happy.

PROS: Very Sturdy, Relatively easy to install

    CONS: Documentation, flimsy covers

Very strong Mount while fully flexible
The unit mounted easily following the instructions. It is very strng and the TV now can be moved, oriented, easily and can be put flush back to wall when ot in use. I recommend this product. I installed it myself including mounting the TV although it would be better with help, but is doable.

    PROS: Very Strong

    Nice finish (powder black coating)

    Strong steel arms and bolts

    Good instructions

Spacers, screws, of various sizes incuded to support many VESA and TV sizes.

CONS: Ummmmmmm....cant think of any at all......

    Great wall mount!
I have purchased a number of wall mounts that ranged from cheapo to nice! This one in one of the best I have every purchased. I appreciate when the instructions include a drill template to locate the screw holes on the wall without having to heft the wall mount in one hand and mark with the other. Had all the hardware needed for all the different possibilities of attaching the mount to my TV. Works great and was a breeze to install! I would definitely recommend this wall mount to my friends.

PROS: Great instructions, drill template that made installation very easy

CONS: None, I'm very happy with it.

Perfect to mount my 32" LED. Took about 10 minutes to install it and this product compares to what you would find in retail stores for close to $80.

PROS: Very strong, very flexible. Mounts many different sized TV's and holds them securely.

    CONS: None.
