what is the reason i can't use this mount with a 32" tv, assuming i do not need the full motion range?
    Marshall A on Sep 1, 2018
BEST ANSWER: They figure 32" will be too wide for it that it wobbles and becomes unstable. UL certification is very conservative and I have had the same issue when TV industries started popping out with larger sizes but wall mount manufacturers couldn't keep up. Depending on the weight on your TV you should be able to for as long as you don't move it around but then again that defeats the reason why your getting the "full motion" wall mount.

    Exceptional Build Quality!
Outstanding build quality. Rock solid wall mount. Why pay 5 times as much for the same basic idea - you need a mount that is built well, can handle the weight of a display and look good all at the same time. Bingo! Here it is. Very easy to install - just use a good wall scanner to find the studs and your halfway there. The mount is very adjustable - the tilt gimbal where the display is attached is easily moved and can then be tightened in place. The armature is strong - I hold a 19" Samsung display up with absolutely no problems. The wiring clip routes all of the cords (HDMI/COAX/POWER to one area and then down to the a/c power outlet. Very clean and pro looking. Again, Monoprice rules with quality and low price! Highly recommended!

    PROS: Outstanding build quality.

    Easy to install.

Very adjustable to fit your viewing angles or overall display placement.

    Rock solid attachment to display.

Nice cord management clip to give the whole mount a professional clean look.

    CONS: None!

    Great small wall mount
It is indeed full motion (not height of course) and what I needed for my kitchen area. Attached a 19" tv to it and mounted it in no time.

    PROS: -Sturdy construction

-Allows for great variable motion (full 180 to either side and 360 rotation)

-Quarter the price of competing similar mounts

CONS: -Slight design flaw in that the washers don't fit the borehole in the back. They still work though.

Out of the box, the joints are pretty stiff. They seem to loosen up slightly with use. The VESA bracket connects to the arms via a ball joint. The tension is adjusted with three screws. These can be a little tricky to get them adjusted evenly.

    PROS: Sturdy

    Good price

CONS: Can be difficult to adjust.

    Perfect Solution for Dual Monitors!
I built a new desk and wanted to set up dual monitors. Ordered a very expensive, big name dual monitor mount but after I installed it I found that I couldn't place the monitors the way I wanted because the mount arms would need to move beyond the back of my desk - i.e., through the wall. Back it goes.

I then ordered two of these full motion, TV wall mounts. They are mounted directly to the studs in the wall behind my desk - so 32" apart. It works PERFECTLY! I can easily position the two monitors side-by-side, angled slightly above my desktop. And, they are absolutely rock solid . . . and a fraction of what I spent on the 'big name' monitor mount.

The only caveat I would add to this review is that I don't move these monitors around very much so I can't speak to any scenario where the wall mounts are constantly adjusted.

PROS: Solid, Very adjustable. Easy to mount to the wall and to mount the monitors. Good value for the money.

CONS: You will probably need to tighten some of the joints - particularly the head unit which allows the monitor to tilt & swivel.
