Or I should say mounts up. I am experiencing my mid life crisis a new car and or girlfriend are out so I wanted my dream display set up. 3 27" monitors mounted to wall above my desk. Now the question was how... I looked at all the retail stores and electronic spots near me and everything seemed cheaply made. A friend then mentioned Monoprice. I was freaking astounded at the quality and price. The 3 mounts I ordered were less than the crappy ones and dead sexy too. I am seriously satisfied, 5 stars.
Great product for the price. I used it to hang a 22" tv in my garage and I love it. The mount went up quickly and it was easily adjustable with the wrenches provided. The screws stripped out fairly easily (even with pilot holes), but other than that... it was a great purchase! I would recommend, although for TV's weighing more than 15 lbs & larger than 27" be careful.
PROS: Easy instructions, no assembly, quality product!
CONS: Cheap screws (stripped out easily). Either use more torque or different mounting screws.
I was looking for a good way to hang our new 19" tv in the kitchen. I was concerned that it would stick out too far from the wall like some others. It was cheap enough so I decided to try it. I wasn't disappointed. Installed quickly, tilted in the directions I needed and was, overall nicely made.
I really like the wall mount itself and have no complaints about the unit. Great pick for a low profile, full motion mount.
However, if you plan on ordering it, anticipate a trip to the hardware store. The washers it came with (M-C) are about 1.5-2mm larger in diameter than the recesses into which they are supposed to fit! This is a significant issue, since the instructions stipulate that the washers and screws must fit flush into the recess. Fortunately I noticed this the day before I was heading to the hardware store. I was able to pick up four appropriatly sized washers for a few cents - no big deal. If I had to make a special trip for them, I would have been much grumpier.
The screws are also not that fantastic. I replaced them with some other ones I had from an old, fixed wall mount.
Long story short, it's a nice wall mount if you don't mind having to tweak things a bit.
