I bought several of these 21.5" monitors for a touchscreen POS application, and I'm thoroughly disappointed in them. To start with, the stands are really flimsy to the point you need bracing behind them to even begin to make them usable. The touchscreen is fairly accurate in the very center, but the closer you get to an edge the more it's off. This can be somewhat compensated for by recalibrating and ignoring where you're supposed to press and instead guestimating the correct point to touch, but even then if you're used to a phone or tablet you'll be seriously disappointed. They are also *NOT* Energy Star compliant, which I find shocking in the year 2016. This means they do not power off automatically; if the computer tells them to power off, they instead change to a bright blue background screen with the text "No Input" displayed, and stay like that. To top it off, the day I got them one just freaks out if you use the physical buttons on it to go through the menu (you pretty much need to use the included remote instead), and a few weeks after I installed them another (different) one developed faint diagonal lines which are noticeable on bright-ish backgrounds,. They are a solid 1 out of 10 and I'll most likely replace them all soon.
