PROS: Very dependable and rugged Have had no failures on any new monitors and the monitors in the field have not failed
PROS: Nice products. But what is even better is their technical support and customer service.
PROS: Decent quality for the price...
CONS: The base looked flimsy, I took it off and mounted it to my project using the mounting holes... Works great!!! Had to go to bolt store & buy mounting bolts... That's OK, it gave me a chance to get out of the office for a minute...
PROS: Easy to set up, Easy to use
PROS: Great price for a touch screen.
PROS: Worked great straight out of the box. Simple setup, very accurate response and sensitivity.
CONS: None so far.
The monitor uses DC voltage and has a convertor like laptops use. I've had problems with the connectors on the transformer on both AC in and the plug that goes into the monitor. Hopefully the $15 recent price increase was used for a better power supply.
PROS: Touch screen works well.
Good value - even considering the recent price hike.
CONS: Contrary to what the descriptions says, you DO need drivers and they don't come with the monitor. I had to hunt down the software based on other reviews for the larger models.
No remote panel control.
Low grade power supply and cords.
PROS: excellent price and extremely durable.
CONS: can't replace just the touch part of the monitor if it gets scratched. Not usually a big deal, but sometimes people like to carve their names into the monitors.
PROS: Given the price, the display quality and touch reactions are excellent.
CONS: The base is small and light so the display is shaking more than usual when the screen is touched. Other than that, no complaints.
