    Can you please tell me how to determine the watts/amps needed
    for a UPS like this model?

    BEST ANSWER: Thank you for your question. It would depend on what it is that you are connecting to the UPS. You would want to make sure the UPS can handle the total electrical load of the devices you are connecting to it. It would be best to then choose a UPS with an output watt capacity that is going to be about 20% to 25% higher than that total.

    I would recommend referencing the user manuals of the devices you are connecting for their power ratings. If the manuals do not say, I would then recommend reaching out to the manufacturers of the devices.
