Great headphones! very well build, the ear pieces are actually metal and the cords r a very flexible soft rubbery and sturdy materiel. The only bad this is the little fake gem/diamond things on the end of the ear pieces. Please make these without them, i didn't look hard enough in the pic to see them but now i probably wont wear them out of the house haha unless i can cover them up or paint over them. But i would highly recommend these headphones.

Some people just love to bitch
I saw a few bad reviews on these, and one guy who reviewed them on par with atom smashers and global satellite repositioning systems. TMI! I'm sorry, if you're paying less than $15 for a pair of buds you gave up your right to complain. These buds are every bit as good as the ones I lost that cost me $35.00. The sound quality is very good with just a little distortion at high end volume. I am happy with them and would buy them again should I lose this pair.

PROS: Great sound for the money. Worth every penny.

CONS: Just one set of ear pieces.

    Love these, great headset
I have an awkward set of ears. My left ear hole is a bit smaller than my right due to an accident I was in that left me deformed. So, it would have been nice to have a smaller set of silicon ear pieces so I could exchange the left one for a smaller one for a better fit. Though, this doesn't change the fact that this is a great headset with near perfect sound quality. And, honestly I own one of the cheaper headsets from monoprice and it is really tough to hear any difference between the two. If you are looking for a quick, cheap, and easy way to improve the quality of your music (other than getting higher quality mp3s to loss-less flac files) then these or any of monoprices headsets will do.

    PROS: Excellent sound quality

CONS: I don't really care for the diamond stud design on them, but since no one ever sees them due to my long hair I don't worry about it. What does bother me a bit is the fact that these don't come with a few other silicon ear pieces to help get the perfect fit.

Awkward Gel Tips But Awesome Sound
If you don't like the diamond look it gives, you can simply use a permanent marker to color over it. Mine are blue, but red looks good as well.

    PROS: Good Sound

CONS: Gel tips are too big for my ears. (Made some new ones out of cheap orange ear plugs)

    Great little find.
Read about these on a forum and figured why not?

I own or have owned just about every head or earphone you could imagine and with the exception of the vastly more expensive etymotic's on hand I'd recommend these over anything for someone who was in the under 200 dollar earphone market. Head to head with Sennheiser Cx 270 or 300's they win as they are more transparent and far less shrill on the upper end.
Not as warm sounding as the Bose, but far more detail in the mids and highs. Same for the Beats Tours.

For under 200 bucks you can buy a better earphone, but not better by much and no where near better enough to justify the price difference.
Monster, Sennheiser, Akg, and Grado should be ashamed to have a product like this showing them up.

If you want to get scary good sound out of these pick up some third party eartips and play around or hop on over to your drugstore and pick up some of the moldable silicon putty earplugs they sell for swimming and mold them round the shaft.

    PROS: Sound Quality
    Price, Of Course

CONS: Yup the stud thingy is tacky allright but amazingly enough looks much better after a few swipes with a wide tipped Sharpie.

Extra tips should either be included or available in quantitly for purchase here.

I'd b about no carrying case but at this price that would be a little tacky.

Best "value" Ear Bud I have found.
I have searched the world over for a decent "cheap" earbud. These are far and away the best value for your money. Unless you have over $50 to throw away, these are the best everyday ear buds you will ever find. I have kids. They go through headphones (no matter what the cost) like water. With these Monoprice ear buds, you can stock up and save.

PROS: Very Inexpensive. Good fit. Excellent Bass. $50+ sound for under $10.

CONS: I don't care that it looks like a fake diamond in your ear. Neither should you.

At about 10$ after shipping and Border Fees, I have to say I am SO impressed with these Earphones. Truth be told , I was hesitant, I thought these would be dollar store quality earphones, BUT I WAS WROlNG !! They are absolutely amazing, great quality sound, very loud, and great bass. Only thing I wish they could change was the way the cord tangles. The beats idea of noodle strap is a big way to make this problem vanish. OVERALL THO!! Best for the buck hands down.

PROS: Amazing EVERYTHING!! Highs and Lows are CRAZY!! Cant get anything comparable for this price.

CONS: The tangle of the cord-

    Stud Earphones
I ordered these earphone studs thinking they were going to look like the ones displayed on the web page. The website displayed a more rugged cable, which I thought was cool. When I received the stud earphones, I was a little disappointed. Maybe I should have paid attention to the description a little closer, but oh well. The quality of the sound is actually pretty good, though I can't really say much for the fake diamonds on the outside.

    PROS: Good Sound.

CONS: Not the same ear studs on web page picture.

    Phenomenal for the Price
I've used these ear buds for a couple of years now ( I'm on my 2nd pair.). Sound quality is very good, much better than I expected for the price, and the buds have been durable. I don't "baby" them and they still lasted me over a year. I recommend these ear buds.
