These seem to be refilled and repackaged original cartridges. The nice thing about that is that you know they'll fit. The bad thing is that the chips can fail and the refurbishing process isn't good at catching bad ones.
I wouldn't depend on these as reliable backups.
PROS: Cheaper than buying new. Fits
CONS: I get an error "Cannot Recognize" after I put it in. No amount of cleaning or reseating seems to make it work.
I truly apologize for the issue you have encountered using PID 9713. Some printers are not automatically recognized with remanufactured cartridges, what we can do is follow a few steps to renegotiate. Start by removing the cartridge, remove the plug (power) from the printer, insert the cartridge, connect the plug and turn on the printer.
The last thing we could try is similar: keep the cartridge in, remove the plug (power) from the printer, connect the plug and turn on the printer.
Should the above steps not yield any results, I can assist you in setting up an RMA for a replacement to see if that works better for you. We do offer a 30 day return policy as well as a one year warranty on this item. Obtaining a replacement will be of no additional cost to you. Please let me know if anything changes or if you would like to continue with a replacement.

I just installed the cyan cartridge and I keep getting "not recognized" after a few prints. I have to remove it and put it back to get it to work. Haven't had this problem with the back cartridge
Thank you for your review and truly sorry to hear about the experience you have had with PID 9713. Unfortunately, it appears as though you may have received a defective cartridge. If you would like, I can help setup an RMA for a replacement. If you wanted to proceed with the RMA, please let me know and I can get that started right away. Apologies again for any inconvenience this may have caused and hope this helps!
