Based on all the reviews, I started using these cheaper ink cartridges. Started great, but after a little time my printer gradually stopped printing color, it appears the print heads became clogged beyond repair. And the last one of these inks I opened, the ink actually ran out of the cartridge, perhaps that is why the heads became clogged. Not sure, but the savings turned out to now be the cost of a new printer. I'd be careful.
My apologies for the problems you encountered with the ink cartridges you purchased. We do offer a 1 year warranty on them if you are in need of replacements I can assist with getting that setup for you or if these no longer will work for you I can see about issuing an RMA for a return. I would just need an order number to get the process started. Again my apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.

They're cheap, they work
I'm on my third full set of these, black and color. you can get the full set for my printer (Pixma 560) for less than the black OEM one would cost from Canon. They've worked well in my printer, the only issue I've had is they sometimes leak when the cap is removed. Be sure to have the feed hole up when you remove the cap, then when you turn them down to peel off the tape over the air inlet hole, hold 'em over a trash can so they don't leak on the carpet.
