I ordered one Cyan cartridge and also one of the multi-packs that contained all the colors. All of the ink seems to be compatible except for the Cyan. I've tried both cartridges and neither one works. I've ordered ink before and never had a problem. Unfortunately, I didn't need the cartridge in the first 30 days, so it's too late to return. Otherwise I'd take advantage of Monoprice's fantastic return policy. I guess I'm stuck with two bad cartridges and back to buying OEM ink. At least I didn't pay too much for them.
CONS: NOT COMPATIBLE with my Brother MFC-J475DW multi- function printer, although the site states that they are. I ordered these so I would not run out of ink. I just ran out today and tried to use these.
Thank you for your review and truly sorry to hear about your experience with PID 11057. Is the issue you are experiencing that the cartridge is not recognized by your printer?
Some printers are not automatically recognized with remanufactured cartridges, what we can do is follow a few steps to renegotiate. Start by removing the cartridge, remove the plug (power) from the printer, insert the cartridge, connect the plug and turn on the printer.
The last thing we could try is similar: keep the cartridge in, remove the plug (power) from the printer, connect the plug and turn on the printer.
Should the above steps not yield any results, I can assist you in setting up an RMA for a replacement to see if that works better for you.
