I bought this to wire my office/den (where my modem and server are located) to the rest of the house. Great professional look. However, when I tried to insert another vendors keystone jack (Leviton), it wouldn't fit. Not a big deal, as I had ordered enough from Monoprice to replace it and the Monoprice ones are far less expensive yet easier to work with but I thought folks should know. Stick with the Monoprice jacks to ensure a perfect fit. I'm very happy with the way mine works and looks!
PROS: Inexpensive. Great quality and fit.
CONS: Does not necessarily work with keystone jacks from other vendors.
Keystone jacks from Monoprice fit snugly into this. Lined up with interior wall boxes without a problem, and looks sharp. I bought different colored keystone jacks for each hole to color coordinate everything. Running Ethernet through the wall looks much better looking than cables running through the house and I feel less worried about people tripping over them. Thanks Monoprice for being awesome as always!
I used a couple of these for an office network. They are excellent quality and easy to install. I still can't get over how inexpensive these are. They looks just as good (if not better) than the $2-3 ones from the any home reno. stores and are a fraction of the price. You can't beat this.
PROS: - Look great - Easy to install - Work great with CAT6 Keystones (PID 5384).
The modular design is perfect for home theatre wiring applications as you can easily mix audio, video amd cable connections on a single wall plate. Quality connectors that simply snap into the wall plate.
