any pictures showing the inside of the jack? How to attach leads without tool? Does the slim Style Keystone fit in a regular wall plate like item# 6727?
    A shopper on Mar 14, 2017
BEST ANSWER: Thank you for your question. We would not have a photo of the inside but it will have a plastic clip/clamp on the inside that when snapped on will terminate the wires to the keystone jack. The jack will also fit just fine in the wall plates that we carry.
will this work with cat6E the cable is very thick?
    A shopper on Nov 28, 2017
BEST ANSWER: I used them with 6E outdoor cable. Very thick jacket. Worked fine. Also fit standard Keystone plate with no problem.
is this compatible with a 10gig connection?
    David A on Oct 23, 2017
BEST ANSWER: This keystone is rated for CAT6, which is 1 Gigabit, so this will not work. You need a CAT6A keystone for 10 Gigabit.

    Care is needed...
While this product is a good value for the price, it would have been nice if instructions were included stating that a flush cut is needed when trimming excess wire. Without it, I had shorts that were killing my transfer speeds. I also put a piece of electrical tape over the ends to be safe.

They're perfectly fine for a one-off install as in my case, but i wouldn't recommend them for large jobs as it's time-consuming taking the extra steps to ensure there's no shorts.
