I bought 4 of these for use with my main PC and my NAS/Plex server as well as 6 of the plastic CAT6A keystone jacks (15664). I also purchased a 1000' spool of solid CAT6A to wire my house.
I installed 2 of these shielded keystone jacks next to my router, 1 in my office near my main PC and 1 near my NAS/Plex server. I installed 1 of the plastic keystone jacks in each room as well.
Using the shielded jacks, my speeds max out at 11 MBps network transfer speeds. By just swapping both my PC and my NAS to the plastic jacks, my speeds jumped back up to around 1Gbps for local network transfer speeds (I haven't invested in 10G NICs yet).
Either I did something wrong when wiring these shielded jacks or the plastic jacks are of better quality. I'm going to take them off and re-wire them to see if that makes a difference; if it does, I'll update my review.
