Way better than other brands I've bought from...others seem to split the Right/Left signal for some reason, but these stay true to a full mono mix in EACH ear...well I think that's how it works anyway. No volume drop-off. Love em!
Completely fell apart after second use. Others have mentioned it comes apart where the plastic meets metal (same for mine). They are cheap so buy a few of them and expect breakage. I'm paying the money to buy a sturdier one, I need them to not break.
We had kids using headphones with these all day and broke about half of them The plastic breaks right at the input if the inserted plug is torqued to the side too hard, too often. Seems like a little softer rubber would be tougher. As pointed out, before it breaks the connection gets sketchy.
This part started failing quickly, the weak "clasp" starts loosing it's solid connection, having to wiggle it around all the time and prop the cable into a specific position, tonight it completely gave out.
PROS: Gold connection.
CONS: Connection "clasp" inside of the female end is very weak and looses connection.
