Do these cables support HDR and are they version 2.0a?
    A shopper on Mar 8, 2017
BEST ANSWER: Thank you for your question. The Select Series High Speed HDMI cables will not support HDR and will be HDMI 1.4. I hope this helps
Does the standard 15 ft cable work well between 1080 tv and an IPad ( with digital av adapter) ?

Are these cable rated to be used in wall? Would just be dropped from tv to receiver behind wall, not through studs.
    A shopper on May 26, 2017
BEST ANSWER: Thank you for your question. These cables would only carry a VW-1 fire safety rating but would not have the typical required rating of CL2.

You can check with your local code enforcement or fire department regarding the proper cable codes required for your installation.

CL2/CL3 would be perfect to use for your setup. I would recommend using Product # 15428, which has a CL3 rating.

Are these HDCP 2.2 compliant? If not, which HDMI cables are?
    A shopper on Jul 7, 2017
BEST ANSWER: HDCP will be a copy protection protocol that would simply be carried in the signal through the cable. You would just want to be sure that the HDMI cable you use supports the resolution that you are trying to send. Your source and display is what you would want to be HDCP 2.2 compliant.

    They're cables! They work!
Out of all the HDMI cables in the world, these is definitely one of them.

PROS: Very cabley... has connectors at both ends.

CONS: Very inelastic. Makes a poor bungee cord.

    Happy with Monoprice
Returned a $60 cable to Best Buy and bought 3 of these for a total of $15 including shipping. They work with my Time Warner DVR and my Blueray dvd player hooked up to a new 55inch LG LED LCD tv. Glad I didn't waste my money on the other cables. Bought an extra cable to have on hand if I add another component.

The most awesome price on cables anywhere

PROS: I found this web-site several years ago. Recently I learned that our IT people at my office purchase all of their supplies from Monoprice and then sell them to us.

    CONS: None, Zip, Nada, Zero.

Why would you ever consider spending $30, $40 or $100 for a cable? Found out about these from CNET and will never buy from anywhere else.
