    Surprisingly effective HDMI cable
I installed this cable in the wall to my wall mounted flat-panel Sony and was apprehensive about the long run. I didn't want to snake the 28AWG cable through the wall only to find it was inadequate so I went with the 26AWG instead, thinking the 24 would be too thick and stiff. It was a good decision. I've had no problems at all and the cable was flexible enough to snake through some tight places effortlessly.

    As always, good job Monoprice!

PROS: Absolutely no problem with what I considered a long run for HDMI. Well-made and good solid connectors.

    CONS: None

    I'm impressed.
I used the cable to run a slideshow from my friend's laptop to his 40" 1080P several times. He did not see sparking or signal dropping.

    PROS: price/quality is high
overnight s/h is great, got the cable on schedule.

CONS: not at all except one thing, this cable rated "CL2 Standard Speed" but what it's labeled on the cable is "High Speed". Must either the product description is wrong or the cable itself is wrong. I doubt the description is wrong read the review below.

    20ft 22AWG CL2 High Speed HDMI® Cable - Black
I have been buying and inter-changing cables on my Hi-Fi gear for many years. I consider myself an "audiophile" (I have the disease anyway). I have a system value of about 17K to $20K. Reason I tell you that is because I know my way around components. I'm always reading blogs and researching Hi-Fi gear - Speakers / Amps / AV Receivers / HDTV's. I have purchased Monster cables, Knuconceptz, Canare, made my own, etc. I have seen many references to Monoprice Cable in these blogs so I thougt I would give them a try. I purchased about six HDMI high speed cables of various colors so I could color code each component with it's corresponding LAN connection. I am not a big fan of wireless yet. My Observations of Monoprice: 1) It is hard to find a consistent supplier of a type of color coded HDMI cable - THEY ALWAYS HAVE IT. 2) Quality is equal to or better than any of the upscale wire I have bought in the past. 3) Customer Service is phenomenal. I had to return 5 cables I ordered but decided later they weren't long enough NO PROBLEM. The girl on the phone couldn't have been more helpful. 4) Monoprice descriptions (and videos in some cases) provide excellent details of the product you are researching. And finally 5) Item(s) is shipped the next day and always gets to you when scheduled (I use 3 Day and items arrive like clock work.) I will always look at Monoprice first when I'm in the market for cable.

PROS: Unbeatable quality for the price or for just about any reasonable price for that matter.

    CONS: None

    It just works!
I needed this cable to output 720p video and 7.1 channel audio from a laptop and feed into an Onkyo 807. I have used 22AWG cables in the past thinking the extra gauge was necessary to prevent data drop outs over longer runs, but it was not. I tried this 26AWG cable, because in this instance I needed the greater flexibility. Don't fall for over priced HDMI cables, they either transmit the data properly or they do not and the difference is very obvious.

PROS: It has never failed to handshake and always connects quickly. MUCH more pliable than the 22AWG cable I used to use.

    CONS: None.

    Great!
I used this HDMI cable to connect my PC video card (Radeon HD 5750) to my 40" Samsung LCD TV across the room, then turned them both on and set the outputs/inputs in software. I was worried it wouldn't transmit audio and that I would have to buy more cables. But audio came through! There was no fussing involved. It just worked perfectly :D

PROS: Good length (nice to have so many options!) and great build quality.

CONS: HDMI isn't a wireless spec. I had to route it through a rubber cable guide on the floor, and that kind of blocks my front door. That's no fault of the product though! It still gets 10/10.

    HDMI 25ft Cable
This is an outstanding cable. Does what it is supposed to do. No loss of video or audio quality on the 25ft run. One very small complaint is I which the housing for the ends was a little shorter, or was a 90 degree bend. It was a tight fit plugging it into the back of my plasma mounted on a wall.

    PROS: - excellant quallity
    - outstanding price
    - superfast delivery

CONS: - wished the plug ends were a little shorter or 90 degree bends. Would make it much easier to install on a plasma mounted on the wall. Not much clearence behind my TV.

    Works 4K @ 60hz!
I have had 2 of these cables since 2010 and just upgraded my HDTV to a Vizio P60 4K TV and my PC with a New Nvidia GTX 970 videocard that supports HDMI 2.0 out. Amazingly these cables Work perfectly with 4K @ 60hz out to my P60.

PROS: Work perfectly with 4K @ 60hz from my GTX970 out to my P60 UHDTV with HDMI 2.0 specs

CONS: Yes, they are thick and stiffer than most run of mill hdmi cables but for my use where they are installed than n longer move it is a non issue.

    Exactly what I needed
It was perfect. Used it to attach my PC to my TV across the room. Snaked it around the edges of the room using a cable tube and it works great!

    PROS: Everything

    CONS: Nothing

    Can't go wrong
I just wanted to run an HDMI line from my receiver to my couch so I can hook my up laptop to my home theater. 25 ft is long enough so it can run along the perimeter of the room and have it come out under the couch and I can tuck it back in when not in use.

As always, the monoprice can't be beat when it comes to price, fast shipping, and quality of products.
