You don't realize how big a 1000ft spool of cat6 is until your dog grabs the end of the cable and runs around the house with it. It's when you're rewinding ~400 foot of cable that you realize how long it is.

The quality of this wire is supreme. You feel the quality from the minute you take it out of the package until you try to strip the wire and accidentally slice through the copper jackets THREE TIMES IN A ROW.

Now that I have seen the copper wires a couple dozen times from screwing up a patch cable, I know how to identify quality copper wiring. This is it, folks. This is the cat6 that dreams are made of.

Cable is as described. It is clearly marked on the section we tested. Coloration was vibrant and not difficult to discern. Will purchase again.

PROS: Coloring was above expectations.

Great wire for the money. We did a 250' run. No signal problems. Tested good with Fluke gigabit cable qualifier. I'd definitely buy again.

PROS: Has plastic x piece in the center to keep the pairs separated.


CONS: Color coding on white pairs is a little faint. In bad lighting you could easily confuse the white wires if you don't keep them sorted well after untwisting.
