I love the short cables, but they are very difficult to remove from the keystone jacks. Using any normal cable, I can remove from the keystone jack just fine. Using the Monoprice cable there seems to be an issue removing them from the keystones. It is extremely difficult. I tried numerous cables, and every monoprice cable I tried was identical.

I have always hated coming across patch panels that have 7' and 10' (sometimes even longer) patch cords installed when a 1' or 1.5' will work. And, although I can find Cat 6 patch cords in various lengths, they are quite bulky when installed. These cords end up making the installation look well without giving up functionality. Makes things easy to trace and troubleshoot. My ONLY complaint is that they are not yet available in 1.5' and 4' lengths and not every color is available in each length.

These jumpers worked great. Used them to for IP camera connections (spec required jacks and jumper cables) on device ends.

for rack dense cabling, because of the diameter of the insulation, these cables are extremely easy to work with. they minimize air flow restriction allowing for better cooling of the equipment.

These cables seem to perform as well as the "standard" size cables including those connections that are POE enabled. The big advantage is the less space occupied in the cable management. they will fit into a 1U vertical and horizontal management and help keep your rack looking sweet. I haven't had any cable or service issue with these cables. I do not think I would use them over 14 feet for POE devices though since I am concerned about loss of power through the cable. I do have these on telephones that are using up to 6 watts without any problems. My longest cable to a phone is 14 feet.
I have the blue ones for network only, black for telephones and white and yellow for cameras and A/Ps. No issues with any color or length.

Perfect for my needs. Being the neatfreak I am, I hated using the 3 or 6 foot or longer cables that come with most components. These work just as well and eliminate the clutter.
