6ft Coiled 3.5mm Male To 3.5mm Male Stereo Audio Cable - Black
The 3.5mm (1/8") stereo TRS connector is more commonly known as the Headphone Jack on portable mp3 players and mobile phones. This cable has a gold plated male 3.5mm stereo (TRS) plug on each end and features ultra-slim connector heads.
The cable is coiled, with a minimal length of about 15" and a maximum length about 6 feet. The cable is ideal for connecting a stereo audio output, such as an mp3 player or phone, to a stereo audio input, such as the auxiliary input on a car stereo system.
PROS: Very small connectors
CONS: Won't extend anywhere near 6 ft
PROS: Well made.
CONS: Disappointed in this product only because of length. I thought a 6 foot coiled wire would open to double its length. This wire is almost 3 feet coiled and does not allow for much length before disconnecting from the headphone.
PROS: Great length Awesome quality
The black plastic cover on the actually ends slipped off of one end. It doesn't look like there was sufficient adhesive placed on it.
Overall not a terrible purchase and you cannot beat the price. Unfortunately a week after buying this cable my needs have changed and it wont be seeing much use.
PROS: Coils up nicely
Sound quality is nice
CONS: Plastic cover over 3.5mm jack slipped loose the first or second time using it
PROS: A perfect thickness. Thin connectors fit in iPhone case easily.
CONS: 6ft isn't what you think.
PROS: Nice cable. I was not sure about it being coiled at first but I found I like it. It does not tangle up like a phone cord does.
CONS: The glue that holds the sheaths around the ends of the cable was not strong enough. This causes the sheaths to slip off from removing the cable from a socket.
PROS: Sound quality is acceptable for mp3 usage.
CONS: Low quality connectors
PROS: Good quality
CONS: Actually 6 inches, not 6 feet. And the plastic is so tight, it will only stretch to MAYBE a foot total, even then it's under a lot of tension.
PROS: Good looking, quality cable.
CONS: It's coiled, and when retracted is just a little over 1 foot long. But that's my mistake.
