This Toslink® S/PDIF Optical Audio Switch allows you to connect four digital optical audio devices to a single output and switch between them. It supports reliable and lossless audio transmission over cables up to 16 feet (5 meters) in length and includes an infrared remote control. A built-in memory function remembers the last selected input, even after power off.

PROS: Great build quality
Fast switching between inputs
CONS: Sometimes turns off automatically if you change settings on your receiver
LEDs are a little bright (fixed with tape)

Word of caution (not related to functionality).
One of the four devices (WD TV Live) that I hooked up to this switch appears to use the same remote codes as the box!
Whenever I select that input, it turns off the WDTV!!
That said the WD TV (that I used for media streaming from my NAS) appears to be pretty much extinct now, so I expect to replace it soon.
