The Monoprice BitPath AV™ HDMI® Extender Over Single Cat6 Cable kit allows you to distribute HDMI video with resolutions up to 1080p@60Hz to distances up to 394 feet (120 meters). It can use either a dedicated Ethernet cable or you can plug it into a router to use your existing network infrastructure to carry the BitPath AV signal without interfering with existing network traffic. The extender is PoE (Power over Ethernet) enabled, allowing you to power the transmitter or receiver using either the included AC power adapters or over the Ethernet cable using a PoE-enabled router or PoE injector. It includes a dual band IR repeater, so you can control your video source device using its infrared remote control from the remote location.

Dynamic Scaling: The BitPath AV HDMI Extender continually monitors signal strength and available bandwidth, dynamically scaling the video to produce the best possible video resolution without signal loss or interference.

Questions and Answers
I read complaints about delay in the audio. I wasn't worried about that because I wasn't running audio through this machine. However there is actually a delay in the video signal. What a bummer! We were running closed circuit and it was obvious that the video was late. Luckily we had other devices, and this one got moved to the confidence monitor.
I give it two stars. If the video signal is late than the device cannot be used without delaying the audio signal. And if you are in the situation we were in, it cannot be used at all. If you are going to buy a product, buy one that doesn't require extra devices.
