Great for extending your VGA out. The only thing you need to be aware of though, is that from your computer to your amp, use a cable no longer than 15 ft. Then from there you can go up to a 150 ft.

I have this connected from an RCA to VGA converter to four monitors. It works great, there is no delay, and the video insput steams as if there were no connections. I definately recommend!

PROS: Allows the user to get up to 4 screens of image instead of one. Nice design. Simple to use.

CONS: I was not able to use a 25 foot vga cord to feed into this unit, as the signal was not strong enough to pass through to any screens hooked up to the output. When using a shorter cable, i.e. 6 feet, this works perfeclty.

    Works great
I had spent days trying a splitter from another company with no help from their support. (their support was responsive just couldn't help.)
I have a HP Elitebook laptop and the vga port would not work through the other splitter.
So I took a chance and bought this one from Monoprice along with a couple vga cables from Monoprice. Hooked it up and it worked right away - exactly as it should and as I expected.
BTW I had purchased two vga cables through another on-line store and discovered they did not have connections to pins 4, 11 and 15 so the computer could not detect the monitor model. The cables from Monoprice did allow my computer to detect the monitor model and worked great. I had previously purchased several of the 1' M/F Monoprice vga cables through Amazon to make connecting to my monitors easier - I attach the 1' cables to the monitor's vga connectors then attach the other end to the incoming cable from the splitter. This makes switching things around much easier as attaching to the free end of the 1' cable is much easier than attaching to the monitor's connector.
I will be ordering more. Thanks for the good products.

    PROS: Worked as expected

CONS: Could use a pilot light

Works like a champ even without power wart attached
Was told by tech support that I needed a powered splitter if I was going to run 50' of cable to one of two monitors. The other gets the 6' cable. So, the first time I plug both monitors in I forget the power wart and both monitors work like a champ. But, this box was so inexpensive I don't care. Besides, if I ever want to run a 100' cable to the company man's shack so he can watch the directional driller slide, it will be no sweat.

PROS: Inexpensive. Four outlets for four monitors. Did I mention inexpensive?

    CONS: None

    works like it should
We have 150' run and a 250' run, and a short monitor. All work great with no ghosting. Great value, highly recomend

PROS: Works like it is supposed to.

    CONS: none, maybe a led

    Driving long runs worked perfectly.
For a one day event in a High School Gym, I had to run VGA to several projectors and monitors throughout the room. My longest run was 200' and my shortest was 6' I had two of these splitters cascaded together to provide 7 outputs. Every picture was clear and stable. I highly recommend these.

    PROS: Simple, inexpensive, high quality.

    CONS: None.

Appears to perform well, but ...
Using for a multiple monitor/projector setup - seems to work as advertized, but will not work with some older (CRT) monitors. I assume the MHZ are too much for them. It would help if a little more information regarding proper application was included in the description.

    Awesome product!
We had a VGA cable that was too short and had to put this in the rafters of our sanctuary. Since we put it up there there hasn't been a reason to touch it just forgot about it. Great piece of equipment!

PROS: Does exactly what it says it does. We have the same picture quality over 3 projectors as we did when we had one projector coming straight from the computer! Same response time when clicking through powerpoint slides! Good purchase!

    CONS: None
